I think everyone would like or hope to die doing or have done something God loves. So I did a little search and this is what came up

God loves

The ones who purify themselves al mutahirina (2222, 910
The ones who turn to repentance al tawabina (2222)
The ones who trust in God al mutawaqileen (3159)
The patient alsabirina (3146)
Those who fight in Gods way in a row like a structure joined firmly (614)

The most re-occurring category is the Muhsineen.
some acts muhsineen do

2195 spend in Gods cause and do good.
3134 spend in ease and in hardship, restrain from anger and pardon people.
513 forgive those who break their covenant.
