YUSUFALI Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee-
YUSUFALI From the right and from the left, in crowds?
YUSUFALI Does every man of them long to enter the Garden of Bliss?PICKTHAL What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed,
PICKTHAL On the right and on the left, in groups?
PICKTHAL Doth every man among them hope to enter the Garden of Delight?SHAKIR But what is the matter with those who disbelieve that they hasten on around you,
SHAKIR On the right hand and on the left, in sundry parties?
SHAKIR Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss?Is it believable that the non-believers had this much of attraction for the Messenger?
Were he distributing entry permits for the Paradise?
Or something is seriously wrong with all these translations?

I read the context and became more confused! If you continue reading further you will come to a verse which is strange and weird!

7032 And those who look after what they have been entrusted to and to their pledges.
7033 And those who uphold their testimonies.
7034 And those who maintain their contact prayer.
7035 They will be honored in gardens.
7036 So what is wrong with the rejecters staring at you?
7037 From the right and the left, in crowds?
7038 Does every one of them hope to enter a garden of bliss?
7039 No, We have created them from what they know.
7040 So I do swear by the Lord of the east and the west, that We are able.
7041 To replace them with better people, We can never be defeated.
7042 So let them talk in vain and play, until they meet their Day which they are promised.
7043 When they will come out of the graves in a rush, as if they are racing towards a goal.
7044 Their eyes are cast down, with shame covering them. This is the Day which they were promised.Do, you understand 7040? hypno
Who is talking in some of the verses and who is talking in 7040? If, it is God, then why is he swearing by the Lord of the east and the west? Kaffara means also to hide something in conotation with Iman it is disbelif in God also farmers are called kuffar because of bringing the corn under the earth.
In this case it it is the target of the Prophet who the rejecters are denouncing heavily and beeing plenty in number of the old belief they thing they are doing the right thing,to get in heaven. -

Indeed Our Majesty had created them out of a part of that which they know.
Therefore, I emphasize upon you "I swear as the Sustainer Lord of all the East-each point of Sunrise and all the West-each point of Sunset
That Our Majesty have certainly the full command and control
Upon that We might cause their replacement with people better than them;
And that We are certainly never frustrated-outwitted.Allah the Exalted swears by a relational word Sustainer Lord, another example

Therefore; your Sustainer Lord swears ; they will not believe in the manner acceptable to Allah the Exalted until and unless they might consider and make you the Messenger judge-authority-ruler to decide in matters that have become hardened belief like entrenched tree amongst them the people of Book.
