For convenience of those readers who are already believers, this is traditionally printed since it is commanded in the Qur'an to read/recite with the Name of Sustainer Lord, The Creator. And Mutta'qeena are those, who accept/believe in that which has since been sent to you, the Messenger Muhammad and they also accept/believe what was sent/revealed by Allah in the times before you . And they have firm belief/conviction in the Last Day .

" He it is Who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth, that He might cause it to prevail over all religions, though the polytheists may be averse " ( 933 ) .
" He it is Who sent His Messenger with the guidance and the true religion that He may make it prevail over all the religions; and Allah is enough for a witness " ( 4828 ) .
" He it is Who sent His Messenger with the guidance and the true religion, that He may make it overcome the religions, all of them, though the polytheists may be averse " ( 619 ) .

Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe!

Again, Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe!

Does man think that he will be left uncontrolled, (without purpose)?

Was he not a drop of sperm emitted (in lowly form)?

Then did he become a leech-like clot; then did (God) make and fashion (him) in due proportion.

And of him He made two sexes, male and female.

Has not He, (the same), the power to give life to the dead?

"All religions" is nowhere in these verses. Sister Samia is requested to educate on use and nicities of "kull" to support my contention.
