For those of you who have not read it, I recommend it.
Some of it is VERY good, rest is above-average.
The bits I liked were
examples of logic-based arguments in The Quran
metaphorical nature of the Quranic story of Adam V the more literal story contained in The BibleAnyone else read it?

I am surprised at this book's price on Amazon. It is likely out of print now, hence the price.
In any case, I ALWAYS check abebooks.co.uk and books.co.uk and bookbutler.co.uk for the cheapest price. For example, it can be bought for only $30 using these sites.
If I recall correctly, you live in France. I am sure they have book comparison websites there too. If you cant find it, let me know and I can lend you my copy. If you are interested in reading some Quran analysis books, the first ones I'd probably recommend would be by Toshihiko Izutsu God and Man in the Koran, and Ethico-Religious concepts in the Koran. His analysis is some of the best I've read. His books are pretty cheap too.
