I found God makes him firm as well as your smiley depictions hillarious.
I think we all should reexamine how we view sexuality and God. I am doing this now reading a book called Edgar Cayce Sex and the Spiritual Path By Herbert B. Puryear, P.H.D. (in case you are interested in reading this).
From what I understand thus far is that our sexual energy is our creative energy (hence we can literally create a child through intercourse), what we are to do is raise it up, beyond our genitals (our first chakra, of the seven). In Kundalin I feel i this is depicted by the analogy of raising/uncoiling the serpent.
Think, every act we do is an act of creation, from a situation to a child. Symbols are very literal ways of conveying a message to our outer senses, to speak of creating sexuality is a great image to use, it is just we now percieve this in a narrow/limited/literal mind set and miss the mark.

Im not one to tell others what to read. But these ideas about sex are as ancient and as pagan as it has ever been.
YHVH is an expressive term. And the best way to describe its meaning is if you take a garden hose, bend the end, and turn on the water. Now you can feel a build up of pressure inside the hose, and when you release...thats YHVH. So ofcourse the name was reused about a volcano, makes sense right? the buildup and release of pressure.
But no only that, it was often used in sex aswell. The ancient canaanites said that having sex was being one with YHVH (or whatever name the deity had at the time). But not only that...they put oil on the head of the penis. This was called annointing. Kings was annointed...why? because they are the big dick in town. now think about that for a minute.....
I fully appreciate sex and procreation, dont get me wrong. But to worship it, and make temples look like giant penises, just isnt my way of showing appreciation for the creator of all things. That is so narrow...

and to further add. What makes me uneasy about this. Is the fact that large parts of judaism is directly traceable to heathen rituals, the worhip of planets, mushrooms, sex etcc.. So basically...where does that leave us?
Besides, there is a HUGE amount of sexual symbolism on mosques even today, when you start to realise where these things come from (that we can trace). how they progressed. Notice that many mosques have the two fallic pillars. (jackin and boaz), as does many churches and sinagogues (look into the meaning of this word, im not joking)Officially ofcourse they are for the call to prayer, but that is not the full explanation. Because why do they have pointed arch windows aswell...male/female. And its all located under the dome, or domes. arriving from domas, or DOMINATION. Domination by what? by the male sexual principle. the ruler on top! Im not joking, that is what it means. And why i call the current version of Islam for the holy meccan cahtolic church. Its all the same nonsense, the same sybols, words and terms. All this paganism was applied to our prophet through insane babbles called hadith, and now we have jackin and boaz back with a vengence, with their pointed arch cu*t and the dome, or domes. Incredible....ARGGHHH we are idiots!!

I was making a suggestion like Musa did to Firon, if I was telling you what to read then I would be as forceful as Firon was to the Children of Israel, that I did not intend.

Yes, it is narrow to seperate a part of the divine and say this is the whole.
When large bodies of population utilize one spiritual centre more than another (excess) it becomes easier to elevate the imagery of that experience into God, because this is the source which they are experiencing the divine. It is a truth, but a limited truth because it does not grasp the bigger picture.

There is a doubble misunderstanding here on both of us. I didnt take it as an insult. rather i voiced a certain scepsis although in a bad way it seems. Im sorry.

Sex is used as a metaphor for the will and the spirit coming together, the yin and the yang.
DO not be truned off from different methods of metaphors. The God says to trust in what was descended to us and those before us. He did not say only the christians and jews, is that all that was before us? We should take a serious look at all philosophies.
And indeed, you must study about sexual energy, the creative energy, and just as we create physical children, we also create mental children.
