I'm a little confused about this little bit of writing. I'm not sure what it's referring to? Is it a body part or several body parts??

To me it reads that women have a natural beauty both inside and out, which, as far as I am concerned, is true

Are you sure that verse 4320 says this?!
I have verse 4320 says "And they say If the Beneficent One had (so) willed, we should not have worshipped them. They have no knowledge whatsoever of that. They do but guess".
