For a small planet we have an amazing variety of time that is just for this planet. Outside the Earth, these time differences do not exist.

Because the measurement of time we use is based on the rotation of the Earth and its orbit around the sun, once you leave the Earth, that measurement can no longer exist (even though we still use it in spacecrafts), also, the faster you go the slower time will travel (Earth time that is).
