Two levels of paradise and one level of hell

From my understanding of the Quran, people will be in three groupings on the day of judgment/reckoning; those foremost, those on the right and those on the left.
Quran 561-56 When the inevitable comes to pass. Nothing can stop it from happening. Abasing, exalting. When the earth will be shaken a terrible shake. The mountains will be wiped out. So that they become only scattered dust. You will be in three groupings. So those on the right; who will be from those on the right? Those on the left; who will be from those on the left? Those foremost; who will be from those foremost? They will be the ones who are brought near. In the paradises of bliss. Many from the first generations. A few from the later generations. Upon luxurious furnishings. Residing in them, neighboring each other. Moving amongst them will be immortal children. With cups and pitchers, drinks which are pure. They do not run out, nor do they get bored. Fruits of their choice. Meat of birds that they desire. Wonderful companions, like pearls which are sheltered. A reward for their works. They never hear any nonsense therein, nor sinful utterances. Only the utterances of "Peace. Peace." Those on the right; who will be with those on the right? In lush orchards. Fruit-trees which are ripe. Extended shade. Flowing water. Many fruits. Neither ending; nor forbidden. Raised furnishings. We have produced them in a special way. Made them young. A perfect match. For those on the right side. Many from the early generations. Many from the later generations. Those on the left, who will be from those on the left? In fierce hot winds and boiling water. A shade that is unpleasant. Neither cool, nor helpful. They used to be indulged in luxury before this. They persisted in the great blasphemy. They used to say, "After we die and turn to dust and bones, shall we then get resurrected?" "As well as our forefathers?" Say, "The people of old and the later generations," "will be summoned to a meeting on a predetermined day. "Then you, O rejecting strayers," "will eat from the tree of Bitterness," "filling your bellies therewith," "then drinking on top of it boiling water," "So you will drink like thirsty camels!" Such is their share on the day of Judgment.
Does the Quran suggest that there are two levels of paradise and one level of hell?

I have similar understanding, currently.

I think so. I think the Qur'an informs us about those places (two types of paradise and one hell) which prepared for humans and jinns when they already are in the realm of the hereafter.
Somehow I think that it seems those places have been created/prepared.

The notion that hell is created/prepared might be true. But are you sure that paradise is created/prepared? Do you have any Quranic evidence that supports your claim? If you have any quranic evidence that supports your claim, I will accept your claim.
The Quran suggests that a new earth and a new heaven will be created and will be inherited by the righteous servants of the creator
Quran 1448 on the Day when the earth shall be changed into another earth, as shall be the heavens and when shall appear before God, the One who holds absolute sway over all that exists.
Quran 21105-106 AND, INDEED, after having exhorted , We laid it down in all the books of divine wisdom that My righteous servants shall inherit the earth herein, behold, there is a message for people who worship God.
Quran 21104 On that Day We shall roll up the skies as written scrolls are rolled up; as We brought into being the first creation, so We shall bring it forth anew a promise which We have willed upon Our?selves for, behold, We are able to do !
Since the above-mentioned Quranic verses suggests that a that a new earth and a new heaven will be created, then this means that paradise has not yet been created/prepared.
