Ahh, I never realised you were 13.

Many later realise that after discovering islam based on The Quran, that it is not the end of the journey, it is only the beginning of a new one. I was reading the autobiography of Muhammad Asad (translator of The Quran, one of the best in my opinion) last night and he said something that struck me, he said that we must be allowed to make our own mistakes ourselves, in order to learn from them and find our way, just like a tree grows right by being allowed to grow, or a river finds its proper course by being allowed to flow.

Take your time, but keep on flowing (as we all try to find our way).

I was born on 28th October 1995...And when I was four years old I knew about God! I was never brainwashed and I asked a lot of questions to my father. He was always very liberal and god alone. Wow, I didn't notice that everybody on here was so young! I'm not too old either, since I'm only 24, but I didn't know so many people on here were TEENAGERS and younger. In my opinion, that's pretty remarkable, and may Allah bless you all... group

Amazing! During my 13th year of age I was hating and being continuously suspicious of the jews and christians, I always think that they will surely go to hell! Thanks to the 'straight path' teaching of fanatic sectarian and religious Suniism during my upbringing. Not until I reach my mid 20 that I started to do 'critical thinking' of my own belief.

And these line of thinking below is the one which really 'awake' me..

Heaven is only for Muslim, other than that they will surely go to hell.
In order to became Muslim you have to recite the Shahada.
The shahada contains "I witness that Muhammad Is Messenger Of God"
There's no way and seems awkward for Muhammad himself to recite I witness that I am a messenger of God.
There's 0% probability that past prophets (Moses, Abraham, Jesus etc) will say "I witness that Muhammad Is Messenger Of God" since Muhammad is not even borned yet during their lifetime.
If that's the case then Moses, Abraham, Jesus and even Muhammad himself is not a Muslim as they're not reciting the Shahada properly.
Moses, Abraham, Jesus and Muhammad will surely go to Hell.... or.... something is not correct here about the shahada.

From 'the shahada', I found other kinds of foolishness within my own belief.. and that really awake me..

Thanks to God, He really shows you the straight path much earlier than mine...
