Well dah! women are the 'evil' in the world didn't you know!

you see they ask what is better, staying at home or going to the mosque to pray.
if the hadith says don't stop them from praying at the mosque then why would staying at home be better?

Because the mullah says so. Didn't anyone tell you that they command more authority then God and his messanger.

What's really bad about this video is that a woman posted it and the people leaving a comment are women saying thank you for the reminder!! Can they not see the contradiction and the blatent bad treatment of their gender in that video??

Watching videos like this make me realise why my family were so sad when they found out that I converted. They are so sure that I'm going to be treated like this when I am older.

What is also unbelievable is taht he said "there's nothing wrong if she read from the Quran in her hands", as if this is not normal for a Muslim woman to do.

So I guess if a woman wants to go to the mosque, then she should be lazy at home and not pray, based on what the 'scholar' said at the end of the video.

I am no longer a Sunna-rejecter. See 4:59-65, 62:2-4, 3:31, 4:156, 7:157 Messenger teaches and is to be followed and obeyed. Examples of revelation received which is not in the Qur'an: 3:123-126, 33:37, 2:187, 66:3, 62:9.

I just do not understand the thinking behind any of this. Why should a woman be less than a man?

The Christian viewpoint concerning women is a lot worse than the Qur'aanic (Islaamic) one...

Because there are hadiths that say that praying at home is better

Narrated by Ibn 'Umar Allah's Apostle said ?Do not prevent women (wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, etc) from (praying at) mosques. Yet, their prayer at home is better (for them).?

And then there are some that say something to the effect that praying in a dark room in the farthest part of your house is better for you (as a woman).

                                    It's still bugging me!

What if the woman gets permission from her husband to go to the mosque, but afterwards, she wants to stop at the 24 hour supermarket on the way back to buy milk. Is this allowed, cos the scholar said she has to go straight home?!

Okay, maybe the traditional Christian viewpoint isn't worse, but that means they are in error, since the BIBLICAL viewpoint is that women are inferior to men. So, if Christians believe in the Bible, then they believe that women are inferior to men too, since this what the Bible teaches...
