This sounds good. I like Khoresht-e fesenjn or Khoresh Karafs with Persian rice...after some lighter fare like fruits and water. I also finish with dates and nuts...yum...

I can?t eat much after I break fast especially rice, I feel bloated. For me food at interval in small portions seems to work.
Anyway what is Khoresht-e fesenjn or Khoresh Karafs, must be good that you look forward to it, any chance of a recipe. D
Now what is different about Persian rice are these specially grown rice or cooked in certain way.
I am baking a nice cheese cake so how about a recipe exchange handshake
