Respectfully.Let's see what The Exalted God The MOST Wise says in The Best Hadith, His Hadith
1698 When you read the Reading, you shall seek refuge with God from the outcast devil.
Of course, i haven't forgotten
5675 You shall glorify the name of your Lord, the Great.
5676 I do swear by the positions of the stars.
5677 This is an oath, if only you knew, that is great.
5678 It is an honorable Reading.
5679 In a protected Book.
5680 None can grasp it except those purified.
5681 A revelation from Lord of the worlds.
5682 Are you disregarding this narrative?God knows best.
Glory be to The Most Powerful.

Isnt 56-79 talking about, "Grasping the real spirit/message within quran by only those who have a pure heart? or , you think it is physically touching/holding the written/printed script?
And don"t tell me that women going through periods cant touch/read quran?
we need to sort this out.

Do you mean to say, That mensturating women can not touch quran (for which wadu is not obligatory) but can pray which requires a wadu? In my opinion something is not right here.
What you are saying regarding "prohibition on physically touching quran in state of "Jannaba" , I am not too sure about it , let us invite some more views.
