Most of us know of Pazuzu's writing regarding this questionand others on the "historical" contents imposed on the Qur'an by biblical accounts.
It is really, really sad and shocking tht the ancient Egyptian civilsation who didn't know or practice slavery, should have come to be known by episodes of mass slavery completely alien to them and as more barbarian than the greeks or the romans who indeed practiced slavery, and particularly the romans, committed the mos horrendous abuse of it.

Also check out the blessings Abraham have to each son. Each then became a tribe with those traits.
