The Saudi Next Movehttp//lutheranscience.org/2006-JabalAlLawz1.html
rotfl they are in trouble now. LOL!

Salaam
Why do they need to hijack it if it is already part of their territory? ???
I am not playing stupid, but I do not understand...
to be honest the place should be opened to archaeologists to find out as much as we can for the sake of biblical
knowledge...
another group most interested in this in my view will be the children of Israel who could make a claim to that area
as they did to Palestine...
and then Saudis have been known to work with those behind closed doors anyways..., this is among things why
the Palestinian issue is dragging on, and Israel works as a well known buffer against "islamic" extremism...Salaam Nabster,
if you want to know a little bit about they,

Salaam Nabster,
the Jews of Israel are absolutely nothing to do with the ancient people of Israel, the decedents of the biblical Jews would in all likely hood be the Palestinian people, who later became Muslim, the vast majority of modern Jews are Ashkenazi Jews, people who adopted Judaism, they estimate at least 80%, even more concentrated within Israel. Their genetically eastern European, they adopted Judaism in the middle ages, does this give these people a right to other people property, as you suggest?

Peace Abdun Nur, Tareq,
You will be hard pressed to find any land on Earth that has not been acquired or confiscated or given away by/from its "owners".
In fact maybe ultimately there is no such a thing as a land property per se, Allah knows... and He is the One Who bestows.
The Bani Israeel had a Covenant with Allah which is yet unfulfilled by them that they will be given back the Land around Jerusalem if they fulfilled it, by their current behaviour, they clearly are not meeting their end of the bargain, this is why they live surrounded by enemies and in the agony of always being under threat.
The Philistinians do not exist, they have taken up a name that do not belong to them, it is the name of the Sea People reportedly coming from Greek Islands (maybe Crete), and who were avowed enemies of Islam (at the time of Bani Israeel Islam), and who lived in the Gaza strip even if their territories tended to expand and shrink depending on their conquest/defeat on the Israelites.
When David (the Israeli Muslim Prophet) slain Goliath (the Philistine enemy of Allah), the Israelis established their Kingdom as fulfillment of the promise of the Covenant from Allah for their good work and steadfastness.
In the scheme of things now, Israel is a punishment to the Muslims for not holding to Allah's rope.
The Palestinians are bearing the brunt of that punishment.
If they were jews before they are certainly not acknowledging it, and even if they were this is immaterial.
The same goes about the Ashkenaze, it is also irrelevant as they are jews now...
The Quran speaks about that problem as if it is still happening, and it is, and it will still be, until JD most probably,
or until Covenant/s are fulfilled.
There is a Master Plan, but we are not privy to it, neither the Jinns, what we are asked is to keep a rope with Men and one with Allah, not severing either, but not giving precedence to either as well.
The mistake is to recoil in a shell because of fear (the sufis and mystics), or lash out uncontrollably and become nihilistic (jihadis)...
middle nation is the only answer, as this is what Allah advocates...edit extra and btw, the name of a noble Prophet used to name the country is cynical, it should be called Zion.
as for the palestinians, accepting to be named this way and their country palestine, just helps to revive the old archetype of whence David slain Goliath when the Philistines were the enemies of the muslims who were then on earth the jews under their prophets, it is just making some being self righteous, and others accepting a roman name that is actually highly demeaning, and has anti biblical connotations... the overlooked irony... well that's Satan for you, the master of disguise...Salaam Nabster,

Yes I agree.
