And I am supposed to know what is foul language or not in the minds of some (particular whom I'm not sure of) random moderators (who, for a fact do not give a heads up before handing a THIRTY DAY BAN to an unsuspecting member)?
To make this easier why don't just the people running the site make censors for all the words they condemn? After all it is they who determine what is foul and what isn't - so why don't the runners just censor all the bad words so no one gets surprise restrictions on their account (hey, it's what I did on my site years ago)? I use the word "dick" for once. Okay, a warning. Didn't know dick was so loathed here. I post another word I think is ok but another warning arrives. Alright, didn't know that one was bad either. I have now one more chance. What's the smart thing to do here? Guess not to post at all, since the forum rules concerning foul language is now 100% arbitrary since no one knows the list of foul words. Solution? Make censors for the so-called foul words, and update it every now and then so whoever DOES get banned, gets banned righteously and without surprises (and they will also somehow have to bypass the censors which I'm sure no one is stupid enough to do. However doing so seems like a PERFECT reason to ban the person, but banning them when not suspecting, since they post NEW words they never knew was "foul" before the warnings for the other words? Whoever thinks this can keep dreaming).
The fact I also put that word in my post was because VAGINA was clearly visible on this thread and apparently ISN'T foul language, so how can d*** be? I was asking a damn question - this gets people banned?? rotfl I simply posted and asked if anyone thought "dick" was foul language because vagina was posted by Ayman and no action was taken for this. Doing this gets someone banned? laugh And when will you stop playing backseat mod, Hamsa? One would think you've made a joke of yourself more than enough at this point.

'Vagina' is a scientific term, whereas 'd**k' isn't. Also, whether the scientific term is considered foul or not depends on its usage.

So now something being scientific has any relevance with this. Another thing I just came to know. Also I hope no one thinks "Abraham cutting off part of his penis (the foreskin)" isn't inappropriate content either. After all it is a hadith. A baseless one, but still.

There is a difference between using a scientific term and slang. I would be offended if my doctor referred to them in slang term, or if a teacher referred to them in slang when teaching. It is much more professional and respectful not to.
You might not agree with me but remember what you might not find offensive might offend others.
In my opinion, I don't see a problem with the example you just gave.

I don't like insults. But I don't see any action taken against them. If anyone who sees D*** as an offensive word without seeing insults, must be really sensitive. jedi

To be fair Meteora I'm not suprised you've got warnings for your posts. I don't know what your intentions are but your posts are vulgar and go off topic into sexual connotations. I'm being honest here and I like nsws1988 said its showing a bad example to the visitors on this site.

Yes, I would say that is pretty inappropriate but of course at the time, I thought it was vulgar language (specifically, curse words one would not expect in a PG-13 movie, like the eff word, mainly) used to bash members that was forbidden, and not simply the content causing nothing that is forbidden. Don't worry I get it well now. No one should expect that from me anymore.
You're right Bob Marley (I know that's not your name but clicking back on this browser is a pain) but I personally don't type words I believe shouldn't be posted on an online forum, but I'm recently coming to realize a lot of what I usually say is not liked here so I won't type them, anymore.
Now I think someone should deal with RasulHamsa's wannabe-dom (pretense) of being a mod. You're better off saying "you're going to be banned soon!" via pm and not here, but even that would be annoying.
