Belief is human ability to turn things into lies.

You cannot find freedom without being free from your opinions. Then you have it.

Just as concepts are human toys, humans are God's toys.

People are good....just stay beyond their concepts.

Using the mind to talk about the GOD, is like using the car to drive on the Stars.

The meaning is the mirror of your purity.

Btw...What it's like when you feel so good, that you cannot put it into words...?

Peace, and praise goes to the unseen beauty of all the seen.

When the cat is free it plays with the ball, when the cat is inside the ball, the ball plays with it.

Had you tried to keep a more open mind, you'd benefit from the original quotes. God willing i am going to articulate each one.

Till then, try to experience instead of etiquetting.

Perhaps you may begin to see beyond the fog.

Belief is human ability to turn things into lies.

                  1. We have offered the trust to the heavens and the Earth, and the mountains, but they refused to bear it, and were fearful of it. But the human being accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant.

This is simple, but till the point where the trust is not carried with the eyesight, is the journey of rebirth and getting into light.

                And that is tough.

If you trust the seen you'll miss the unseen. Because the seen is the sum of form, and God is without beginning nor end, formless wisdom which applies to any form. The belief dictates one's gravity. The gravity of the mind has to be in harmony with that of the earth and what keeps Universe together.

Whatever you trust besides God, you'll get limited by it. Because the form is anything with limits, and beyond any limit is the Praiseworthy One.

Attachment on forms is a symptom of trust on them. Dettachment from forms is the path to liberty. And this teach many wiseful cultures. Wherever you drill on the earth, you'll aim towards the core. And the core of the earth is part of the sun.

                • You cannot find freedom without being free from your opinions. Then you have it.

This is obvious. Take Edip for example, he reacted from his own constructs and instead of observing he encapsulated the quotes with his own glasses.
Btw, the guy may have translated the Quran, but only the form of it. And to the essence, is required self-knowledge. And remembrance of God more than you remember the self or anything you think is important to you.

                • Just as concepts are human toys, humans are God's toys.

Yep, this is the part where most folks get lost into. Any human system is the toy of the free soul. Because concepts are relativity. They are not absolute. Absolute has to be embodied. And the rebirth is the process of stabilization of the body in the Presence of God. And whatever God pleases he does so with his creation. That's it.

                • People are good....just stay beyond their concepts.

Yep, that's how they cannot trap you with what they think they think. And for that one has to be free from their own concepts first. It's all self awarennes. The world has nothing to do with it, except as feedback.

Using the mind to talk about the GOD, is like using the car to drive on the Stars.

                • The best things cannot be explained - Campbell. Hence God is unexplainable. Only experiencable - for the resposible about the hearing, eyesight and the mind.

The meaning is the mirror of your purity.

                • 37 He is the One who sent down to you the Scripture, from which there are governing verses; they are the essence of the Scripture; and others which are similar. As for those who have disease in their hearts, they will follow what is similar from it seeking to confuse, and seeking to derive an interpretation. But none know its interpretation except God and those who are well founded in knowledge, they Say ?We believe in it, all is from our Lord.? And none will remember except the people of understanding.

Pure water mirrors mountains and the sky perfectly. So you may swim in sky and fly in water ). And pond is no waterfall. It takes winds of grace to shine the face.

Btw...What it's like when you feel so good, that you cannot put it into words...?

                • This you find yourself.

Peace, and praise goes to the unseen beauty of all the seen.

                        Dear Ustahi

You might be an exception, but let me tell you the reason why I have reacted the way I did

I have somehow developed personal aversion and suspicion against those who write and talk like proverbs, like stodgy monks in their hollow towers. I feel superficiality and fakery emanating from their words. I "feel" that the authors of those big words are trying to impress me with ostentatious packages, either trying to hide the naked truth, or trying to peddle something fishy. No wonder, I have similar aversion against poetry, especially when it is used to assert some ideas. Many religious predators bait and hook impressionable people through the spell of fancy words (for instance see 6112).

Please do not misunderstand me. I am not against use of good language or literature. But, there is a kind that I have difficulty to define like the US Supreme court justices had difficulty to define pornography, yes, there is a kind that somehow turns me off.

They are ornamental, they are hyperbolic, they are about God, spirits or lofty ideas, and they appear to have deep meanings. But when they are analyzed they fall apart like Humpty Dumpty and are exposed as mostly empty or contradictory statements.

Some words smell like furniture in antic shows. Some sounds like the whisperings of soothsayers. Some words tastes like Chinese cookies intended to extract more tips from you. And the most annoying ones are the ones that appear to gallop on the heads of their audience like a ghost of a self-righteous horse, a blind one.

I will not respond to all of your justifications, but the following one is contrary to what God says in the Quran

"- Just as concepts are human toys, humans are God's toys.

That's it. "

                        Read verses 2116 and 4438.

As for your words after "Yep", either I am not smart enough to understand them or they are, as expressed in your style of writing, embedded in conceptualization of soul as the reincarnation of absolute nonsense!

                        Peace,
                        Edip

                          Dear Edip,

2964 This worldly life is no more than play and distraction, while the abode of the Hereafter is the reality, if they only knew.

4736 This worldly life is no more than play and vanity. But if you believe and lead a righteous life, He will reward you, and He will not ask you for your wealth.

The point was that God does as he pleases with his creation. That's simple.

and i seek refuge with God from people's ignorance, starting from my own.

It is impossible to know God without knowing the self and it is impossible to know self without knowing The God.

If and when you drown the intellect in the ocean of love, you'll get the meanings behind my words. Till then...

                          Peace,
                          R.

I expected you to bring those verses to our attention. Thank you.

If God stated in one verse that He did not create this world for play, but depicted it as such in other verses, then either there is a contradiction or the reference points are different.

This lowly life is created for a divine purpose whith serious consequences for us, which is not a game. But if we indulge and preoccupied with it, then we will miss our mission here and it will turn to a game a temporary show off among us.

                            Peace,
                            Edip

Thank you pinkmars. There is a reason why Prophets have taught in metaphors and not directly.

Because people who have sense will get to their heart. And those who are lost in the forests of their own beliefs, won't.

Here is exactly what I had smelled in the beginning. Just after finding someone impressed by his aphorisms, Ustahi jumped on to his horse and indirectly accused me of worshiping my ego for questioning his craft.

Here is a question for Ustahi

Do you believe in intercession of saints and prophets?

                                  Peace,
                                  Edip

When Love comes suddenly and taps

on your window, run and let it in but first,

shut the door of your reason.

Even the smallest hint chases love away

like smoke that drowns the freshness

                                    of the morning breeze.

To reason Love can only say,

the way is barred, you can't pass through

but to the lover it offers a hundred blessings.

Before the mind decides to take a step

Love has reached the seventh heaven.

Before the mind can figure how

Love has climbed the Holy Mountain.

I must stop this talk now and let

Love speak from its nest of silence.

The true knowledge of God is not in books and intellect but in love and commitment.

"Let go of your worries and be completly clear-hearted, like the face of a mirror that contains no images. If you want a clear mirror, behold yourself and see the shameless truth which the mirror reflects. If metal can be polished to a mirror-like finish, what polishing might the mirror of the heart require? Between the mirror and the heart is this single difference the heart conceals secrets, while the mirror does not." Rumi... So men of Godly courage leave angels and chase the Almighty.

                                          Hmmmmmmmmm ??? ??? ???

Mind is something that we are not totally aware. I believe I must have love and commitment to have my share o f knowledge of God .But still the mind carries the key about achiving real love and showing true commitment . Emotions are cultivated in the boundaries of mind .
