Are these Classical Arabic dictionaries available somewhere?

I came across the following work in which it listed Arabic Dictionaries in order of when they were written. I am wondering if any of the early ones are available online or to buy in book form.

Al Ayn appears to be the earliest lexicon (going back to the eight century), and its author Farahidi is credited as having been a major influence on the shaping of the vowel marks as we have them today.

Al Djamharah possibly goes back to the ninth century, and the other two to the tenth century.

Makayis al Lugha and Al Sah-hah (the corrector) (If that's what you mean by Al Sihah), Lisanul Arab and two more CAD's are all on this link
