Why, how and by whom besides the god and the people involved in upholding it? Is it an encouragement when we try read to others in our salat and there is no one or barely anyone around? Or when we read to ourselves or in a group while the rest of our community/neighbors is sleeping? Why isnt this mentioned for isha/evenng? Does it being addressed to the messenger have relevance? Perhaps as encouragement on his mission.
