There is another option, once our Imam masjid said prophet Yahya was "Eunuch" because according to him means Eunuch. As I do not know arabic that well that's why am asking you guys.

Hasouran doesn't mean 'not interested in women'.. From what i know it means someone who looks after themselves their things puts restrictions (guards self) or holds back. for example a poor man is hasour (protects/guards) on his money. it could be used in many contexts. i just looked up prl this might be helpful

The basic perception infolded in the Root is "to restrain". And in whatever context it is used, basic meanings and perception will remain dominant. It has been used for Hell to portray it as prison/jail where criminals will be held restrained.
