O you who say to have believed! It is not permissible for you people that you coerce woman against their will/despite their disliking/hatred to remain under your control/inheritance;

and nor you husbands should restrict/restrain/harass them with the objective of taking some part of what you have given them ; an exception for restraining them is only for reason if they indulge manifestly in illicit sex .

And you people let them live in your company in accordance with the generally accepted/known norms of society.

For some reason if you husbands develop disliking for them then there is every possibility that something you dislike for apparent reason while Allah may have kept in that abundant good .It should be read with next verse, things will become more apparent

And if you have decided to replace a wife with another wife

and you had given, to one of intended to be left wives, an excessively large wealth, then for reason of having implementing the decision do not take back a single penny from that paid wealth.

Would you acquire that wealth by alleging false accusation/ calumny against her and manifest/exposing dilapidating-sin? -

O you who say to have believed! It is not permissible for you people that you coerce woman against their will/despite their disliking/hatred to remain under your control/inheritance;So what actually God is telling us? That controlling/inheriting women is bad? or controlling/inheriting them against their will is bad?
And by "inheriting" does God mean "controlling"?

Wife is not a commodity that one has to inherit. Here wives is the object of the verb. A marriage has taken place in consideration of external and apparent factors. After husband and wife enter into matrimonial relation, many of the things get exposed. And thereat feelings of dislike, abhorrence or hatred could develop for either of the party. Raghib has said that the perception infolded in the Root is obtaining/getting a right on a thing for which neither a responsibility should fall on him nor he should be subjected to accountability.
The intention which causes the things mentioned in the verse is specifically exhibited.
-
It could also have something to do with inheriting a wife of a dead brother which is added to Gods Words to the Jews. Up until the revelation to Muhammed Gods words had been added to and twisted (as they still are) in preferance of man and a woman was just a commodity for men to own and trade. Quran gave women an equal footing to men and are not to be 'inherited' or used as commodities

I discussed this verse in my DaRaBa analysis.
O you who believe, it is not lawful/allowed for you to inherit the women forcibly/unwillingly, and nor that you hinder/prevent/constrain/straiten them to take away some of what you gave them unless they commit* a clear lewdness. And live/consort with them in kindness, so if you dislike them, then perhaps you may dislike something and God makes in it much good.
And if you desire to exchange a mate in place of another, and you have given one of them a large amount, then do not take anything from it. Would you take it by falsehood/slander and a clear sin?
*imperfect, i.e. unless they commit (in future) a clear lewdness.420 proves that if a husband wishes to replace one wife with another, they cannot take away anything of the dower. This reinforces and proves 419 refers to making life difficult for the wife, so the husband can take back a part of what he has given her of the dower and the only way that can be done is if the couple agree that they may not uphold God's limits or the wife releases herself . So this verse refers to the husband treating his wife badly in some way so that she agrees to do either of these, which of course would be unjust. This causes a severe problem for the possibility that in 434 it means wife beating, as this would be a clear contradiction in The Quran. To further reinforce this understanding, the verse clearly states itself that it is about a husband being with a wife he may dislike, but there may be good that he does not realise. The next verse then discusses divorce which the next logical step for a husband who dislikes his wife.
Interestingly, traditional explanations from Ibn Kathir, Al-Jalalayn and others insert their own interpretation and render it as "... and nor prevent them (from marrying others)" and "what you gave them" refers to what women were bequeathed in an inheritance by their deceased husbands. Not only is this an absurd extrapolation, it makes no sense because the right to take something away from what was given to the wife in case of clear lewdness is the right of the husband only (i.e. the one who gave the dower), not others. Most translators do not opt for this absurd interpretation. It is possible this unusual interpretation is given to cancel out the fact that a husband cannot make difficulty for his wife to take away what he gave her, i.e. must treat her fairly in marriage, even if he dislikes her. This more proper interpretation would of course cause problems in understanding idriboo as "beat/strike". In any case, in a situation of an unloved wife who is prevented from marrying others (i.e. not divorced properly), then the resolution to this situation is already given in 581-4.Logically, if a partner is not allowed to straiten/constrain his wife to take something away from what he gave her (unless she commits clear lewdness), then if he fears or suspects lewdness, he must do less, NOT more, e.g. beat. To do so would be a contradiction.

Khalifa
O you who believe, it is not lawful for you to inherit what the women leave behind, against their will. You shall not force them to give up anything you had given them, unless they commit a proven adultery. You shall treat them nicely. If you dislike them, you may dislike something wherein GOD has placed a lot of good.
OR
Shakir
O you who believe! it is not lawful for you that you should take women as heritage against (their) will, and do not straighten them in order that you may take part of what you have given them, unless they are guilty of manifest indecency, and treat them kindly; then if you hate them, it may be that you dislike a thing while Allah has placed abundant good in it.Off-Topic.
I've a question and I'm really confused about you asking people who they don't have any idea about " " and" " or even "" and "" which they are necessary in getting what the verse might meant.
why? of course not because you want the meanings neither their opinions. and sorry if I disturbe you.

No, you can't understand the verses without some necessary basics, know that the verse can take different forms from our interpretations . without the basics you'll just be under your your own opinions but of course not understanding the verse .
one more thing you have to know what I mean by
" " and" " and "" and ""

This is a saying to make people aware that making a Fatwa without deep studies in Quran, can be dangerous for him and it can't be his fly to Hell, because he can mislead a lot of people to the wrong path by any wrong of misunderstanding of any kind of Fatwa. so be careful Miss.Fatwa .

That is good. You have issued tickets for hell to many of your Imams, bukharis and reformers, they did this thing quite often.

so your threat of me going to hell is not based on Quran or God or even Muhammed, but on traditional sayings of the people. Dont you think its a bit dangerous to do that while implying it comes from God?

did I say that this is from God ? read my post. No it's a good saying and it keeps me not jumping in giving interpretations like you did.
