Hi,
Plz suggest me some good books on the biography of Muhammad (s).
Free of sectarian,hadeeth,stories will be highly appreciable.
And should be not very old preferably after 80's.I am considering one by lasley Hazelton's.

All the non-qur'anic information about the Prophet was based on Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasulullah. It is also one of the earliest documents after the Qur'an. Ibn Ishaq recorded it ca. 100 years a.H.
Its still not the original version - it got tempered and manipulated. But its still a good read, enjoyed it a lot - some truth is still accessible in that book.
Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasul Allah translated by Alfred Guillaume.
I find this translation very nice as he also translated all the poems the arabs used to write after some very special events.
