1-What is actually Salat/salah according to Quraan?

2-Is there any link b/w the so-called salah or nimaz with the Zoroastrian prayer system?

3-What is the importance of Aazan then in Islam?

4-Why Hazrat Billal is famous for his Aazan?

5-What was the purpose of that Aazan and what were the actual wordings?

    Please clarification required.

        Salam.

1-What is actually Salat/salah according to Quraan?

There are 2 types in the Quran

        1. Salat = remembering God
        2. AlSalat = a physical gathering of people to recite the law/quran

Salat is spoken word(s)/sound(s) commemorating God (8715). It is something that even the birds do (2441).

AlSalat is more a rigid gathering of people with ablution being required (56) as well as certain forms/words spoken (17110-111)

2-Is there any link b/w the so-called salah or nimaz with the Zoroastrian prayer system?

No idea - I never looked up Zoroastrian.

3-What is the importance of Aazan then in Islam?

AlSalat is called to so people can attend (see 629, 55.

4-Why Hazrat Billal is famous for his Aazan?

I guess that was his main job.

5-What was the purpose of that Aazan and what were the actual wordings?

AlSalat requires to be called to, otherwise groups would not know to gather at that precise time. The words are unimportant (you can call any way you wish).

Brother Layth..These are the answers from the typical quranic translations. If you are right then tell please how the birds, rather everything that is in b/w earth and sky do salat and tasbeeh.

All the things do salat and tasbeeh as humans do five times a day.

If the Muslims are doing all these rituals then what the benefits as a nation we are getting out of it?
