Lol, we used as a jokes sometimes. Bue we don't mean it literally . I love use these because they sounds cool an Arabic .
Not everyone finds it a joke to be called schizo, crazy or suffering from a mental illness, whether it is meant literally or not. InshaAllah when you grow up you will leave behind childish games and name calling and be able to discuss properly like an adult.

My issue is that the word schizo is being used as a derogatory term. There is nothing derogatory about individuals with schizophrenia. They are people just like the rest of us.
That is why it is wrong to randomly call some one schizo. And it is not just Arab culture. It occurs to some extent in every culture. That does not make it right.

What about the Quran? Should it not use "crazy" as a derogatory comment either? Yes, schizophrenia can unfortunately be classified as a form of "being crazy", sadly. I got this from a medical website describing the symptoms

Those who disbelieved show their ridicule in their eyes when they hear the message and say, "He is crazy!"Do you get offended by the Quran too?

None of those examples you have given are God labeling someone or a group as "crazy". Rather it is a response to the common nature of humans to label another individual as crazy, as a way to discount them. The examples you gave include Prophet Noah, Prophet Mohammed.
Certain individuals on this site like to use schizo, crazy, mentally ill to label others they do not agree with, as an easy way to discount their opinions.
So I am sorry, I don't see where you are coming from.
