i just want to know something
is the addittes the hittites????
the people of houd are the addites,a unknowed civilisation.By changing the dots, we got the hittites, a civilisation in turkey.
is it possible????

Possible, except it looks like many of the times the "hittites" are referred to in Genesis, it is a group living in or around Canaan rather than the people from Asia Minor known to us as the "hittites".
But there are lots of people groups out there with similar sounding names that have nothing to do with each other.
