what are your views on free will and destiny? I found this great article by Ayman interesting http//www.free-minds.org/articles/gods_system/freechoice.htm which I was very happy I come across because it answered my question to why God would ask Moses about his staff when He knows all, what are your thoughts on this topic?

Respect.I believe that we really do have free will, of course the problem starts when certain people get involved into other people's lives that your destiny chnaged.
If Frankie decides to go to Maldives and starts packing and goes to the agency, buys the ticket and finally the plane takes off and when he arrives to the Maldives, he is told to go back because of the reason ZED. What is reason ZED? Nothing. Something a person at the entrance of the Maldives made up out of his own free will.
Frankie returns home. He is sad and depressed. Sadly. I know. Frankie desperately wants to go to Maldives because that is his decision and he already knows he has free will but the person at the entrance told him he can never enter maldives. Frankie wonders why.
Frankie knows he still has his free will and he can decide to go elsewhere but if he cannot go to Maldives, what does that mean? That someone more knowledgeable knows more then him? Who is that? Who knows why Frankie is not allowed to enter and more importantly, why didn't the same someone prevent the problem of entering?
I believe in God and that God saves us from problems. I am aware of God and i fear Him, i'm afraid that he'll punish me especially because of this debacle we have here regarding Rashad and code19.
Now, let's forget Frankie, Ma,ldives and the ZED with that person who prohibited Frankie from entering.
I have been planning to enter USA since 1991 and finally tried in 1999 but was rejected and not allowed and furthermore and worse, i was banned for 5 years.
I tried again in 2006 and same thing happened but this time i was banned for 10 years. I know i got the free will and i am aware that i can choose where i go and i also know that God controls what will happen and what won't.I am writing this so that i can read your opinions regarding this subject is it better for me that i never enter USA? If i am destined to never enter USA, then why is it that i can choose and decide to choose but cannot exercise the choice/decision? Does that mean that my planning is then called fantasising? Imagining? Dreaming? Does free will still work?
I do have several questions and i would love to hear your responses>
why am i allowed to learn to speak, write and read english like an American if i will never enter USA?
why am i allowed to write scripts if i cannot film them where i want them, how i want them and as much as i want them?

Free will?
Let's use the terms "movement" and "direction" in a different way. "Movement" is a "change in direction" and "direction" is not the physical direction in 3 dimensions but rather an abstract space of arbitrary dimensions. The "movement" in this abstract space corresponds directly to the way in which energy is manipulated in the reality we see.
Something can move in any direction it pleases as long as it works with the rest of the universe in doing so. For example a rock dropped from a cliff will move downwards because the rest of the universe decides that it is the only logical path it is allowed to traverse in order to maintain the balance. The rock being dead, has zero degrees of freedom of movement. As it has zero degrees of freedom of movement, if we repeat this action a million times the rock will ALWAYS drop within a certain region, it cannot suddenly say "oh shit, I'm falling, but I've dropped there 932,117 times already, I'd rather drop 2 miles away".
The first ever living entity also possesses the same feature of the rock, it could only go in one approximate direction in this abstract space. However, its arrangement made it such that its direction bestows it with another degree of freedom, thus making it alive! It is arranged in a way that means it can keep on creating these degrees of freedom if it chooses to go in the right directions but also, if the rest of the universe decides it wants to stop this at any point in time, it is perishable.
Further down the evolutionary scale we go, and animals can move in any direction they wish but the choosing is via instinct, more like a computer. Again, the universe decides that these are the logical paths they are allowed to traverse, in order to maintain the balance. They are able to consciously move in different degrees of freedom. The higher the degree of consciousness, the greater the number of degrees of freedom available to them.
For examples, worms have a low degree of freedom relative to dogs. If we carve a maze in some dirt and send the worm through it 100 times then put it in an open space then it will still move in the same path as the maze! However if we take a dog and do the same, this will not happen. The eyes bestow it with the additional degrees of freedom to choose to move in a different direction.
The rules of energy efficiency and balance resulted in the universe deciding that heterosexual reproduction is the primary mode to continue life. It is a means that enables the universe to choose which degrees of freedom to open to the creatures. The creatures are powerless against this; an irresisistible woman is irresistable to men!
We as humans can move in any direction we choose. We are bestowed with additional arrangements known as "opposable thumbs" and a complex brain that stores useful past memories and processes them. An important thing is that the retention of a memory is directly proportional to the emotional significance of the event; this is paramount in the grand plan of our lord and for obvious reasons. All of this is part of a proportioning process.
We are endowed with an additional degree of freedom known as "sapience" where we can direct the balance. This is thus the "ruh" breathed into "Adam" by "Allah", the infinite consciousness that rules over the universe. Before this blowing, "adam" was a male that ("he". After this, "adam" becomes an I-entity ("you" possessing the ability to refer to itself. The purpose of this ability is just as before with the rest of the universe, to establish the balance.

My advice to you
Some people set too high and too unrealistic goals. For example, i heard about this guy once that wanted to changed the whole world. For him it was everything or nothing. And when he realized that he could not reach his goal no matter how hard he tried, he became discouraged and gave up. Instead of starting with small and practical goals first, like changing himself, changing his neighbourhood, then changing his city, he wanted to become a professional at first attempt and change the whole world. In real life, success is like a ladder. We can not jump from the first ladder to the last. We have to accomplish our goals step by step. Let me give you an example. A guy wants to start to go to a gym to lift weights. This guy is not a beginner. He has excersised in different sports all his life. He has played basketball and been a martial artist. So he is a well trained guy. But if he went into the gym to lift weights, and started to lift the heaviest weights in the gym the first day, not only would he fail, but he would injure his muscles and body, and he would get totally discouraged as well. And then he would probably quit and never come back to the gym. As you know, muscles grow little by little. If the guy started to lift light weights first, and accomplished this goal first, then he could lift heavier weights after a while, and heavier, and heavier and one day maybe even lift the heaviest weights in the gym. As you can see, the muscles of a person have to grow bigger and the person have to get stronger before he can lift heavier weights. He have to start with light weights. The method is easy by taking one step at the time, he will climp up the mountain of achievement. And everyday he will be nearer his ultimate goal. However, he may not be able to lift the heaviest weights in the gym. Let's say the guy has little or no psychological limitations, but will experience physical limitations. He lifts weights everyday for 20 years, but still he can not manage to lift the heaviest weights in the gym. The 3 most heaviest weights in the gym, weights 200 kilo, 300 kilo and 600 kilo. No matter how hard the guy tries, he can not lift more than 200 kilo. It seems that his physical body limits him. But so what! To lift 200 kilo is still great. Most people can't even lift a 100 kilo. So should this guy give up? He now has 3 choices, he can either 1) Be content with his accomplishment and continue lifting weights in the gym. 2) Start on another sport, for instance basketball. Maybe the greatest physical abilities is that he has fast muscles. So therefore by playing basketball, he can reach higher and accomplish more than if he had continued lifting weights in the gym. 3) Become a sports journalist. And instead focus on his psychological achievements. He knows that there are less limiations when it comes to mental things. It is often easier to reach to the top on something psychological. I think there are no magic pills to success, only ladders.
Alen, as you can see, for the guy in the example i gave above, the issue was not black or white. The reason i gave that example is because it is related to achievement in life. You see, goals and dreams are flexible. We don't have to only have one dream. And we don't have to think that we must either have this dream or no dream at all. No man, life is not like that. It's not everything or nothing. I think if a dream wastes to much of our time and energy, and leads to nowhere, we should wake up. And we should choose a different path. There is an abundance of things we can accomplish in the world. If we fail at one goal, and it seems to lead to nowhere, we can just throw that goal into the sewage and move on to another goal. Yes, it's that simple. I think we should never bet all our money on one game. And we should never put all our eggs in one basket. Because if we loose in that particular game, we will have no money left. And if we loose our basket we will have no eggs left. You are a filmmaker and can accomplish a lot with your skills as long as you have the willpower and pay the price to reach where you want. If you reach hollywood, great. But if you don't reach hollywood, it is not the end of the world. It's not everything or nothing. It's not USA or nothing. It's not Hollywood or nothing. Personally, if i don't reach one of my dreams, i just move on. I forget the dream completely. Because what we want is not always what we need. You live in UK, and have lots of opportunities there for making films. You can start a career in making independent films that don't become very famous or reach the television. These films instead contribute a lot to those who watch them. Many independent films, are even better than films from hollywood. Many Hollywood movies are politically correct, contain violence, too much fantasy, and are censured. Independent films on the other hand, are often moral, ethical, contain knowledge, have a message and educate people. If you are interested in knowing more about independent films, check www.sprword.com. You can also make movies about islam. For instance you can make movies about hadith and sunna or what the true teachings of islam is. Or you can make movies about other things in islam. Joseph, king of dream is an example of such a film. You can make documentaries or videoes about islam on youtube, or you can make such films on a website. On a website you can make free films for people a couple of months and get some feedback and develop your skills even further. And then after a couple of months or a year, you can start to make money on the website. And if you really want to be your own boss and reach to the top, you can start your independent movie company. You have to see the world from a realistic perspective. And if you want to succed you have to set realistic goals. And your goals have to be practical. If you work hard, you can make great films. Other ingredients in the recipe of success are willpower, focus, patience and responsibility. You have lots of choices in UK when it comes to making films. I recommend reading some materials on "Personal Development" or Philosophy. personal development coaches have answers to most of the questions that are related to achievement and success.
