[5:3] question

I mean wherever you feel happier looking. You obviously feel happier looking at hadith and matching them up with Quran as proof for yourself, yet you attack me for doing the same with God's books and providing the same referrences to Quran?
judging me again? Allah will judge me, not you. He will also judge you so beware.
such a shame you dont take in what any of them or Quran actually say just as you dont take in anything I have said and put your own misinterpretations on both.wait, how do you know I don't fight in the way of The God on behalf of the ill treated?
My responses are not bad, my responses are what I see. You're responses on the other hand, are full of stuff smug emoticons, smug smiles when you say "I believe in circumcision because its confirmed in the Torah."
You know its one thing to say you believe because of the supposed/purported (I'm not an expert on the health benefits of circumcision) health benefits, but to attribute it to The God and ignore The Book WHICH IS A CLEAR EXPLANATION OF EVERYTHING is something totally different.
How do you know I'm not God Fearing? I'm not saying I'm the most God fearing. I point out people who follow books, look for laws in books which ARE NOT FOR US. OUR LAWS TO BE FOLLOWED ARE IN THE QU'RAN. THE GOD DID NOT LEAVE OUT ANY IMPORTANT OR NECESSARY DETAILS.
How do you know I wouldn't be just and fair with raising an orphan? (I've never been in this situation, but The God Willing I will do the right thing.) Please don't say I don't speak with justice even when it concerns my near relatives. You simply DO NOT know what you are talking about.
Once again, don't reply for the sake of getting a response. You will not get it.

My responses are not bad, my responses are what I see. You're responses on the other hand, are full of smug emoticons, slanderous characterization (anyone who questions you at length is a prosecutor and judge I guess, I have seen other people doing this) smug smiles when you say "I believe in circumcision because its confirmed in the Torah."

I don't know for sure, only The God knows, but lets just say we shouldn't be surprised if that smile is wiped off your face on Judgement Day.

OUR LAWS TO BE FOLLOWED ARE IN THE QU'RAN. THE GOD DID NOT LEAVE OUT ANY IMPORTANT OR NECESSARY DETAILS LIKE WHETHER MUSLIMS SHOULD GET CIRCUMCISED ETC.
How do you know I wouldn't be just and fair with raising an orphan? (I've never been in this situation, but The God Willing I will do the right thing.) Please don't say I don't speak justly even when it concerns my near relatives. You simply DO NOT know what you are talking about. I am created weak, so sometimes I am afraid, but I usually just keep my mouth shut instead of lie when I am afraid I cannot speak justly for whatever reason.
Once again, don't reply for the sake of getting a response. You will not get it.

And I know The God will judge me. That's why I pointed out the things I pointed out, because I have a responsibility to speak justly.
So go ahead and laugh at me for pointing out that some hadith are paraphrasing the Qu'ran. (apparently I'm not the only user who was not afraid to bring up verses which match certain hadiths either) This is speaking justly. No where did I say we should follow hadith AS A RESULT OF THIS. Instead of painstakingly cross referencing hadith with the Qu'ran, we can simply rely on the Qu'ran itself. These were just observations I made IN A THREAD ABOUT HADITH. And in another thread assalamalikum from Canada, (which I brought up myself, speaking justly on my own behalf) when you were aware of only ONE instance when I brought up hadith.I brought up that other thread where I brought up only one hadith, the hellfire can't touch the following people hadith because I felt it was a compliment I could apply to a person I was replying to. And I brought it up in CONTEXT to what the person was saying HERSELF which is that she found some hadith to be INSPIRATIONAL and I said YES INDEED, BECAUSE FOR EXAMPLE THIS FOLLOWING HADITH ABOUT WHO HELLFIRE CAN'T TOUCH IS INSPIRATIONAL BECAUSE IT IS ACTUALLY A PARAPHRASAL OF WHAT IS IN THE QU'RAN.
So go ahead and make your accusations and slander and say that I don't follow certain verses, The God will judge me and I know He will and I worry about pleasing Him, not you. (Though it is not my intention to intentionally anger/hurt anyone, but I am afraid as a result of proof and not unsubstantiated malevolent suspicion this is falling on deaf ears)

Would you think we can sacrifice lions/monkeys/cats/lizards on Hajj if one go?
I?m asking you this question because you believe that we are allowed to eat them.

Can you show me where in the Qu'ran these animals are banned?
Can you tell me how you would kill these animals in a halal way?

I wouldn't eat them out of wanting to eat them (not needing to eat them)specifically because I don't think a monkey or a lion or a cat would ever be able to slaughtered in a halaal way. Lions and cats themselves go for throats when they kill. I am not sure, but I have a feeling they would not be too pleased (to say the least) if you tried to go for their throat, approach them/set them up to have their throats slit. And even if you could, it would have to be lightening fast, I wouldn't want to be in the shoes of a person who was not able to slit a lion or a cat's throat quickly and completely. And if you don't slit its throat quickly and completely, you will cause it unnecessary suffering, and this is similar to having it gored to death I am assuming. I don't think it would be easy to do it to a monkey either. Or a bird of prey. My cats have been living with me for a long time and still do not trust me around their throats. I can rub their chin gently but they usually paw my hand away after a while or move away, sometimes even jump away. Nor would it be simple to do it to a lizard, I'm guessing it would probably run away immediately or wriggle uncontrollably and thus cause perforations away from its throat area and which would result in "goring" and painful and as such haraam bleeding to death. No different from killing with a violent blow/peforation, which is what this thread was originally about.
You can try this out yourself though, trying to slaughter the above animals in a halaal way and report back on your success. Or do you know of any links you can provide which show they have and can be slaughtered in a halaal way?
And The God allows us to eat anything when a dire situation is present.

Anaam/livestock in the Quran are animals that eat crops. Here is the reminder;
Do they not realize that we drive the water to barren lands, and produce with it crops to feed their livestock, as well as themselves? Do they not see?
Anaam only can be sacrificed on Hajj because they are domesticated/subdued animals. Here is the reminder;
. Neither their meat, nor their blood reaches GOD. What reaches Him is your righteousness. He has subdued them for you, that you may show your appreciation by glorifying GOD for guiding you. Give good news to the charitable.
Annam/livestock are the only animals which can make them standing in line.
. The animal offerings are among the rites decreed by GOD for your own good. You shall mention GOD's name on them while they are stand- ing in line. Once they are offered for sacrifice, you shall eat therefrom and feed the poor and the needy. This is why we subdued them for you, that you may show your appreciation.
In 51 God makes lawful/Halal only Livestock on Hajj too
O you who believe, you shall fulfill your covenants. Permitted for you to eat are the livestock, except those specifically prohibited herein. You shall not permit hunting throughout Hajj pilgrimage. GOD decrees whatever He wills.
Would you still insist that Lions, monkey and cats can be sacrificed on Hajj? If so please show me the proof .Thanks
Peace

It is, if you slaughter them halally to eat them. If not, then they probably died of some 28 days later like virus and you're better off not eating them in extreme circumstances. I'd sooner eat my arm than a dead zombie.

Mine trust me with their lives. Must be something to do with my animal magnetism. Anyhow, I don't think eating a cat is a problem. Not that I would. One could tie it up and then do the deed. Not that I'm advocating anything of the sort either. -

Very vivid understanding. Permission for eating the otherwise prohibited things is in such condition;

For desperate reason of quiver/shudder because of extreme hunger one will not be held guilty of sin for eating any of the forbidden things

provided he had no urge and liking for that, and he does not transgress the limit of relieving the state of quiver/shudder from hunger, Refer 503] -
I agree bro.
I find food prohibitions exciting reading, even though I'm exceedingly unadventurous in the food dept.

Excellent habit, manifestly opposite of this

And those who have deliberately and persistently refused to accept they have thoughtlessly absorbed themselves in worldly enjoyment and they eat like the regurgitating manner of eating of herbivore mammals.Chapter 47-Verse 12

what about those in that film Alive, a true sotry, who had to eat the dead to survive?
-
Basically everything is on in regards to food in hardship/survival mode except killing humans for food no matter how plump and enticing they might look to the starved.

Well I don't remember the verse and chapter, and I apologize for this I know its really bad but I read something that was banning suspicion or backbiting, and it said this is even more abominable than eating your dead brother's flesh (well apparently its only Khalifa's translation that says suspicion is more abominable than eating flesh of your dead brother, but all the other translations still say it is something abhorrent, something you would hate/abhor)
