Mesjid-ul-Haraam should be the House of people capable of understanding and justly deciding what is forbidden in any particular situation, based on Allah’s guidance. It is the legislative body, which determines what is the Law of Allah (ed-deen). These cannot be individual nations, cities, or any sects and other groups, but all those who are interested in following the milieu of Ibrahim.

The location of the House has changed, from the first one that was set up in Becca, ie today's city of Balbek in the Becca Valley in Lebanon. Ibrahim later transferred it to Egypt, to a place that the Greeks called Heliopolis (City of the Sun, Knowledge), as they also called Becca. When Pharaoh usurped the Temple and enslaved its priests Benu Isra'il, the Temple was moved to the Promised Land, to a location that was probably the valley to which Ibrahim sent some of his descendants, near the later city of Petra (which did not exist at the time). Then the Benu Isra'il asked to have a king and they moved the location of the Temple to Jerusalem. When Benu Isra'il perverted the whole of Deen, Allah sent the Babylonians to destroy it, and to kill them, take them into slavery and displace them. After the restoration of the Temple, something similar happened again, so the Romans demolished it, killed many, enslaved many, and displaced the rest. The temple in Jerusalem has not been rebuilt until today, and the location of the Temple has been returned to the location of Ibrahim's descendants and the new city that grew up next to the Temple - the city of Petra. It was the Temple at the time of the revelation of the Qur'an, until the change of the qibla, that is, the turning away from all those who did not accept the Qur'an by the Guidance. Petra was destroyed in an earthquake after the Hijra and was never repopulated, it even fell into oblivion for more than 1000 years. The new seat of the Temple was in Damascus, where the Hijrah was done and where the seat of the first historically confirmed "caliphate" was. After the abduction of the caliphate by the Abbasids and the Persians, it is not known that the Temple in Damascus, which is also known as the Umayyad Mosque, was used as a Temple.

The Romans and Greeks tried to create a Temple in Rome, ie Constantinople (Carigrad - Tzar's City), which is why they crowned many emperors (tzar, kayser) in those cities who would fight "for their goal" (ie Crusades). This started by Constantine, and Justinian did the most, who built Hajja Sofia. On the other hand, the Jews are still trying to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem. These are attempts to remove other followers of the Ibrahim's milieu.

Due to the distancing of Muslims and Christians and Jews from the guidance of Allah, there is no common or separate Temple that is the legislative body for Allah’s Deen. The factions within these three groups cannot be agreed upon even separately, so we are all left to the laws that the kaafiroon enforce over us.

Prohibitions are a clear indicator of the correctness of these laws, but also of our execution. It is enough to think that we are forbidden to turn off the lights (car-lights) during the day or that we are forbidden to use public goods, at least without compensation to those who rule over us.

Ibrahim was given to be the imam of the people, and his descendants as long as they were not oppressors. Whenever they became oppressors, the Temple was destroyed and they were punished, whether we understand them as Jews, Christians or Muslims, saints and such and such - the absence of the Temple is an indication that they are not worthy descendants of Ibrahim.

The location of the Temple itself is not so important, although it is certain that it should be between the East (Babylon) and the West (Egypt). It doesn't matter if someone's name is Benjamin, Christian or Yusuf, if he is a descendant of Ibrahim who is not an oppressor and who is strong to cleanse the House of everything that has accumulated in it for almost 1500 years and to announce Hajj to the people. Then smart people can determine what Allah has sent to people and how to arrange a life of justice from it.

For us Muslims, it is certain that the Qur'an is from Allah and that it is the corrector for all forgeries in previous Revelations, and with the help of the last Guidance people can determine what is the Gospel (Injeel) and what is the Tora (Tewrat) and the Psalms (Zebur).

If the Temple is ever established in the future, it will be a joyful moment for all believers in Allah and the Afterlife. Until then, we will have to put up with Iblis and his soldiers who are all around us, making their own agendas to separate us from Allah completely. His rope is the only thing that keeps us on the way to Him, and we should not separate, because there are too few of us left to fight injustice together.

By studying the Qur'an, accepting its guidelines and implementing them as much as we can, we can only improve our condition by asking Him to forgive us, to strengthen us, to unite us and to help us together and individually.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.
