Guidance for Muttaqin
-
I am trying to understand verses 1-4 of chapter 2. Summarizing as I understand it. This book is guidance for Muttaqin who
- Believe in the unseen
- Establish prayers
- Spend for Allah
- Believe in whats sent to Prophet and what was sent before
- Believe in the hereafter
These 5 conditions are not present in any non-muslim. You wouldn’t see a non-muslim establishing prayer or paying Zakat. Based on the 5 conditions given above what I understand is that this book has only guidance for muslims and no guidance for non-muslims. I know that other places Quran mentions that it is guidance for all humanity. How do you reconcile the two?

It's all about belief and actions.. If anyone ask bring evidence of God.. No.. No evidence..
God call us believers and disbelievers with intent..
Chapter two first few verses you brought is all about belief and actions.. Second point is not ritual salah.. It's about your integrity... Third point spending for Allah is wrong.. Spending for our self..In a nutshell.. Believe and keep doing good actions..
God is not a laboratory object to clinically experiment and bring evidence.
BTW... Muttaqeen is just concious ones.. Nothing else..
Thank you..
