Salam all......can someone give me the verses where Allah refers to people who accept the Quran partially or believe in some verses and ignore others?

Respect.3532 Then We inherited the Book to those whom We selected from Our servants. Subsequently, some of them wronged themselves, and others upheld it partly, while others were eager to work righteousness in accordance with the will of God; such is the great benefit.
Whenever I read this verse, for some reason, it reminds me of the followers of Rashad.
Isn't it true that they uphold The Qur'an partially? Without 9128, 129?
Because non-muslims do not uphold it at all and muslims uphold it 100%.God knows best.
