Nafi, the file is in .pdf extension, meaning the browser will open it directly if you have Adobe Acrobat PDF plugin installed.

As 18MB rather large for a document, your browser may take a while without showing any progress until it is fully loaded. Just wait until the file is opened and then you can save the document from the Acrobat plugin toolbar, just like with any other PDF file.
