    Peace "Badr"

Yes, Al Hakeem, the wise for the Quran and for Luqman.

Al Malik has also been said for the king in the surat of Yusuf.

Also in the same surat Al Aziz (the wife of Al Aziz)

The difference is in the sense of god these attributes become the Most ..... but in arabic it's the same.

JK- So then why do I hear from so many sunnis that "no, no with "al" it implies "the most" and hence this can never happen" and some even went to the extent calling it shirk? So you admit there is no "most" in arabic. Hence there is no need to trick people into believing the "al" makes it into something special there which the ones who don't know Arabic will think. NEXT question

    1. You will find in the Quran special adjective like phrases like "malakan rasoolan(angel messenger)", "siddiqan nabiyan(saint prophet)" and "basharan rassolan(human messenger)" ALWAYS in that same order. If you'd agree with me that not every angel is a messenger, not every saint is a prophet, not every human is a messenger and and also you said earlier that not every Nabi is a Rasool THEN in order for consistency, if Allah used the terms nabi and rasool in the same conjoined adjective form as the three aforementioned terms, in what order should we logically find them?

    GOD Bless!

JK- Correct. "UNFORTUNATELY" we NEVER find "nabiyan rasoolan" in the Quran but the OPPOSITE "rasoolan nabiyan". What do you say now? GOD Bless!

I say that you are incredibly ahead of your time -\ what am I supposed to understand ? God says what He want and He must be right.

It reminds me of surat Al Feel (the elephant) ; all the verses end with "eel" except the last one, it end with "ool" even that "eel" is a very easy rhyme He Easily could have put a word with "eel" but no ! Yall goin to be taken by surprise ;D

JK- Thuis doesn't show the Quran is wrong. Quote the contrary. What it shows is that YOUR DEFINITION OF RASOOL AND NABI AND THAT IF MOST "scholars" IS WRONG. If you combine this fact with the previous fact I pointed out in a question it leaves no doubt that NOT EVERY RASOOL IS A NABI. This perfectly fits with the usage of the Quranic terms. On top of that we have a verse from the Quran stating in PRESENT tense that TO every community IS a messenger
1047 And for every nation there IS a messenger(wa liKULLI UMMATIN RASOOL).
Even if one argues that there is the Ummah of Muhammad, we yet have many other Ummahs in the world. Infact communties continue to arise and fall even now and will probably continue to do so. Thus logically the verse must apply to them too.
That's how when I was a sunni saw that the basic claims of the majority of "scholars" breaks down like a house of cards once I studied the Quran intensively.

JK- They have looked at them IN ISOLATION, NOT connecting the dots with the other terms I mentioned which are not all in one place. You have to connect the dots to get the big picture. The Quran is built not to mention everything in one place. It leaves off at one and then continues adding detail of the same topic at another location. I beleive only the true seekers would be able to decipher this who don't waste their time on external sources trying to understand the Quran like hadith. NEXT question

                1. Is muhammad the only one who exclusively receives "sallu/salawaat" from Allah and the angels?

                GOD Bless!

So you must be an incredible researcher to find this while they missed it ? Imagine all the years passed to learn Quran by heart and to study it and to decypher each and every verse for nothing !!! these scholars are really a big waste.

This is a question for a beginner

And when We made a covenant with the children of Israel You shall not serve any but Allah and (you shall do) good to (your) parents, and to the near of kin and to the orphans and the needy, and you shall speak to men good words and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate. Then you turned back except a few of you and (now too) you turn aside.

And certainly Allah made a covenant with the children of Israel, and We raised up among them twelve chieftains; and Allah said Surely I am with you; if you keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and believe in My apostles and asslst them and offer to Allah a goodly gift

And We revealed to Musa and his brother, saying Take for your people houses to abide in Egypt and make your houses places of worship and keep up prayer and give good news to the believers.

And He has made me blessed wherever I may be, and He has enjoined on me prayer and poor-rate so long as I live; (Jesus)

Surely I am Allah, there is no god but , therefore serve Me and keep up prayer for My remembrance (Moses)

My Lord! make me keep up prayer and from my offspring (too), O our Lord, and accept my prayer (Abraham)

Does it answer your question ?

JK- They are and I mean this as no joke. As long as "scholars" will waste their time with hadith and using hadith to study Quran, they'll never decipher the true beauty within the Quran itself.

JK- Not really beacuse none of these verses talk about GOD and the angels making "sallu 'ala" upon any one of these messengers WHICH is what i asked whetehr Allah and His messenger do "Sallu 'ala" upon anyone else besides Muhammad. GOD Bless!

the english translation is approximative It is He who forgives you and His angels pray for you so that He will take you out of darkness into light. God is All-merciful to the believers.

                      So everyone !

Hadeeth say whoever says " " once, God and the angels "salli" upon him 10 times and so on (10=100 etc..)

Didnt get the question at first, I thought you asked if Muhammad is the only one commanded to pray.

JK- The ones who study Quran use hadith to undersdtand and/or decipher the Quran. I know of no hadith accepting scholar who does not also decipher the Qurn in light of hadith. They boldly say ONE CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE QURAN without hadith.

If you know Urdu you would know that scholars have a special translation for the term "sallu" in there i.e. "durood" to make it sound as that GOD and the angels only do this for Muhammad. He probabely is, I barely remember a hadith where he "humbly" pointed someone better than him but I dont remember who. But I'm sure that you are goin to enlight me.

PS when it comes to judgement day ; ( &#1613

JK- Yes there are these hadith and any rational person woud see them as contradictory. There is nothing humble here(not that I beleive that the real Quranic Muhammad ever said any of it). The hadith states
"I am the most honorable messenger, on the day of the judgment only I will think of my people" (Bukhary 97/36).

Just look at rhe bluntness and arrogance of this statement. Then yes there is another hadith where Muhammad supposedly compares himself to Jonah

"Do not make any distinction among the messengers; I am not even better than Jonah" (Bukhary 65/4,5; Hanbel 1/205,242,440)".

The being humble is no excuse as then Muhammad would've told a lie in the second hadith since a humble deliberate falsehood is still a lie. The hadith coudlve well said "Although Allah revealed to me that I am the most honorable messenger do you not make any disctinction between messengers. Repect them all, even jonah". If this is the way you resolve contradictions then all contras present in all religious books in the world can be resolved and made to appear consistent.

What tops it all is why do "scholars" prefer the first hadith instead of the 2nd which would also be inline with the Quran whilst the 1st is nowhere to be supported by the Quran? GOD Bless!

is it your opinion he should have killed them or do you have any evidence from hadith or that other 'minimum' book?

Chapter ( srat l-anfl (The Spoils of War)

Sahih International It is not for a prophet to have captives until he inflicts a massacre in the land. Some Muslims desire the commodities of this world, but Allah desires the Hereafter. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

Pickthall It is not for any prophet to have captives until he hath made slaughter in the land. Ye desire the lure of this world and Allah desireth (for you) the Hereafter, and Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Yusuf Ali It is not fitting for a prophet that he should have prisoners of war until he hath thoroughly subdued the land. Ye look for the temporal goods of this world; but Allah looketh to the Hereafter And Allah is Exalted in might, Wise.

Shakir It is not fit for a prophet that he should take captives unless he has fought and triumphed in the land; you desire the frail goods of this world, while Allah desires (for you) the hereafter; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Muhammad Sarwar The Prophet is not supposed to take any captives to strengthen his position on the earth. You want worldly gains but God wants the life hereafter for you. God is Majestic and All-wise.

Mohsin Khan It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Arberry It is not for any Prophet to have prisoners until he make wide slaughter in the land. You desire the chance goods of the present world, and God desires the world to come; and God is All-mighty, All-wise.

So he can't have captives of war UNTIL there has been a battle, which there was at Badr so he could then have captives. Nothing said he should have killed those captives.
