Whoever dies younger then 40 will go to the Lower Heaven

Title+ And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning is thirty months. until, when he reaches maturity and reaches forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims."
I understand it that whoever dies before his 40th will go to the lower heaven.

Nothing in verses or Qur'an about under age 40 attain heaven or 40 year old orphans being mature and allowed to marry.
46 And test the orphans until when they reached the marriage
1734 And do not approach the orphan's wealth except with which it is best until he reaches his maturity4615
(mentions pregnancy, birth, childhood, and puberty/young adulthood reaching maturity)And We directed the human a goodness with his parents, his mother became pregnant with him compellingly
And she gave birth to him compellingly
And his pregnancy with him
And his wearing thirty shahr until when he reached his maturity(continues with later stage in life)
And he reached forty years, he said "My Lord inspire me that I be grateful your blessing which you blessed on me and on my parents
And that I do righteous deeds you accept
And correct for me in my descendants that I repented to you
And that I am from l-mus'limna.This reminds of saying which goes something like this...
As a boy, I loved my father
As a teen, I argued with my father
Now as a man, I really miss my fatherPeace
