I have put this link in the news section, it has interesting articles from independent sources
that attempt to debunk news information (among them the death of OBL)

Mass media has done lot of damage to many innocent people and nations. We must speak up and make everyone aware what drama media is playing we cannot just let them spread all sorts of false information so yes we must confront media and the news maker at every opportunity and make fun of their lies so they duck their heads down in shame.

Yes you're right. We gotta speak up and raise awareness, and parodies that are actually funny do indeed have their own place. Here's a suggestion though instead of just ridiculing the drama (fuels it up you know, just like feeding the troll--troll don't feel shame, don't you notice?) why not also bring up the good news, for the drama (and all the consequent dramas caused by them in many places including in messageboards like this) thrives on attention.

e.g., google/yahoo/bing "clean water in Africa", "japan earthquake recovery". charity news, attempts to make peace, lives rescued etc etc... Oh but the good news are boring! sanswink

You want to base you idea of future on some movie good for I too liked Avatar and that is what will happen from what I can gather. Simpls

No, it is based on our potentials and what's already happening. So we're into the same idea for the future? That's good! sanswink

I did try to bring awareness about an inspirational figure a faqir named Edhi of Edhi foundations but none took much interest including you so do not preach what you do not follow,
Peter Oborne said this about him
        In the course of my duties as a reporter I have met presidents, prime ministers, and reigning monarchs. Until meeting the Pakistani social worker Abdul Sattar Edhi, I had never met a saint. Within a few moments of shaking hands I knew beyond doubt I was in the presence of moral and spiritual greatness.......Mr Edhi's autobiography, published in 1996 and beautifully ghosted by the writer Tehmina Durrani,........And it is indeed the case that parts of his profound and inexpressibly moving autobiography carry the same weight and integrity as great poetry or even scripture;

For our potential read Edhi?s autobiography and even if we try to reach an iota of his charitable characteristic we will make a difference. You can get book about his life in return for a small donation to his charity and this book should be read by everyone as we have a living example for all to follow a very good Muslim according as I see a Muslim should

Hey there, IMHO/Simpls, how are you?

The last thing i want when posting is that for my words to be taken personally in a some kind of a 'teaching' note (eh dammit i think i better hone my technique here laugh.

No it wasn't personal. Just because a post is next to yours doesn't mean it's all about/directed at you. Though then you replied as you liked to so i replied as i liked to. And it's alright.

And actually i have read that page you linked before, and yes i felt something about that man Edhi. and i thank you for that. And there are a few more people like him, whom i'd like to call the masters of love/compassion/benevolence. And the invitation is right here for us to become like them, the living example as you say... so it is indeed a good time to look inside, isn't it? No, that wasn't personal

            update

Looks like the place was a "safe house", where protective hybernation was provided to the families of "martyred agents". One of Bin Laden's wife/family being among them, is a strong possibility.

CIA planned to raid, pick up, and fly away with evidence, but failed.

After Raymond Davis, CIA probably would not risk Americans (SEALS) in such a mission and looks like they sent in trained afghan Special Forces.

A HAWK" went down due unknown reasons, and exploded (After it came back to pick up the load that it had initially dropped) People rushed to the scene for help thinking it to be a Pakistan army chopper. Eye witnesses confirm seeing dead, and body parts lying at crash site. Meanwhile troops reached and cordoned off the area.

Standby HAWKS flew in, but seeing the situation at crash site, opted for an exit (raiders could not take away any of the evidence or , their own from the area)

Back in CONTROL ROOM, high ups envisaged a scenario similar to disastrous Iranian hostage rescue mission of 1980, but successfully salvaged it by shocking the world (and us) with outrageous lies.
            Well-done Uncle Sam bravo

siki, how are you privy to such information?

and since it is damaging to the credibility of Pakistan as a Sovereign Nation, why do they not tell the truth about it? ???

First, read the official disclosure of the details of mission here
                http//news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110517/ap_on_re_us/us_bin_laden_raid

They officially claim and authenticate, that two stealth modified black hawk choppers were sent, along with a pair of Chinooks.
Chinook is one of the largest cargo helicopter in the world with a radar cross section of a large airliner.

If i want to carry out a mission stealthily and don't want to be picked up by radars, why would i send Chinooks with stealthy black hawks, which would guarantee a radar pick up of the incoming raid ???

Chinook can pick up truck loads , a few women and children were nothing, why would osama's wives and children be left behind ( when, now they are asking pak authorities to gain access for interrogations) SO , the official story is nothing but bull shit.

                  They claim,

A chopper went down because it could not hover due relatively hot temp/thin air (miscalculation) rotfl

If they made this mistake, Imagine, what would happen to all the routine chopper take offs/hovers, everyday, we should have 1000,s of helicopters crashes every day due this reason alone.

Every one knows that Abbottabad is a hill station, and is famous for its relatively cool temperatures , Not Hot.

Moreover, any helicopter if it can take off with a given load, would become lighter after an hour of flight ( burning a significant amount of carried fuel) and hence would be able to hover much easily.

This is ABC, ask any aviator.

Every one knows, that CIA is the master mind behind Pakistani Taliban, who are carrying out suicide bombings and sabotage activities to destabilize the country. Is Pakistan telling the truth to the world or, confronting USA?

As for as telling the truth on Osama's killing, it is a catch 22 situation for ISI, they have some guilty conscious (Probably, protective hibernation was provided to the families of "martyred agents". One of Bin Laden's wife/family being among them, is a strong possibility)

If they refute, OBAMA would say, "How do you know? you claim to be unaware of his presence? I would settle for incompetence any time and let Obama cheer his toast, than bear the accusations of betrayal (because the implications of complicity are too dreadful to contemplate)

So, looks like they chose lesser evil.

Heard on the radio that the americans had recovered computers with encrypted hard drives from the OBL alledged hideout.
They gave some name of some encryption algorithm... AES or whatever it was... and narrated how many thousands of years it would take to crack the encryption.

How wonderfully convenient for Obama et al. Now they have an unlimited well of lies to pour from. At any given time when it suits them and the purposes, they can claim to have decrypted and decoded another piece of data or information. This info could be things like plans and names, allowing the americans to crack down on anyone in the world they choose to.... afterall, their names and details of terrorist plans were "found" in OBL's pc. And nobody would ever be able to verify it.

I guess OBL officially died now because his pc would be more useful than his body. Why chase him in montains when his pc can warrent unlimited action at any place at any time.

...the only comfort is that Allah knows what we don't know... Allah has a plan with everything...
