Layths article - on Salaat,is wrong thus-i think.

Salaams everybody,
Its a brillient peice of work ,layth and others have done i think,but its still a concuction , a ritual ,if not five times then now its just two times , and as originally it had a form now it doesn't.One quistion which was a mind blower ,it made my salaat somewhat uncomprehensible,and that is
That salaat is for the remberance of Allah ,to the contrary it isn't that.You can remember him All the time thanks without even a ritual.
Layth and others state This (i think),in
11120,2014,5155,8923. in the message(i havn't checked them all,though).
Dhikr=fame,good report,cause of good reputation,ADMONITION,commemeoration,Honour and status,means of Exaltation.
Dhikri=(QD says is a second declination and is stronger then Dhikr)
=I suppose all the above plus ,ADMONITION,RECOLLECTION.to give good advice-in general.How does he choose rememberance(or is it simply coppied as with other qurans from the previose copies?Thanks) , if one could remember allah any where and everywhere.But however for Admonishing or giving good advice you are told to get together collectively,so you may/could benefit.

1.How can remembrance stop me ,or you doing evil,Admonishing/good advice.Certainly can whereby the salaat can be a tool for adminishing people or givng(or discussing) good advice to them.
3.It was conducted regularly at three times during the liftime of the prophet - why cant it be more or less according to needs and or circumstances?
6.Requires cleanliness- doesn't this mean it is a group thingy.
7.I think to focus on all that is good,and hasten towards it-like Aymans views.If you have a physical building as your kibla ,you will allways be facing some other kibla as well as it will be in the way depending ofcourse where you are in the world.
8.Ayat 238 and 239 go together and allah is telling the prophet according to the war situation at that time?
9.Sorry you missquated the ayat i think.where does it say one needs to recite the quran in the salah?Rather Allah has said to read the quran at various other times.
11.Now you are saying the sujude means prostrating,so performing the sujude whilst falling on the chins is sujude?I think i actually know what that means,its simply Nodding your head,to indicate you agree on a matter,and you are falling on your chin .I hope i havn't taken too much of your time.
