Does Islam alllow woman to go to mosque to pray? The deen of Al-Islam not only allows women to pray in a Masjid, but they are equals with men.
"And their Lord answers them 'I waste not the labour of any that labours among you, be you male or female -- the one of you is as the other. And those who emigrated, and were expelled from their habitations, those who suffered hurt in My way, and fought, and were slain -- them I shall surely acquit of their evil deeds, and I shall admit them to gardens underneath which rivers flow.' A reward from God! And God with Him is the fairest reward." Surah 3195
"And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, be it male or female, believing - they shall enter Paradise, and not be wronged a single date-spot." Surah 4124
"That God may chastise the hypocrites, men and women alike, and the idolaters, men and women alike; and that God may turn again unto the believers, men and women alike. God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate." Surah 3373
"Know thou therefore that there is no god but God, and ask forgiveness for thy sin, and for the believers, men and women. God knows your going to and fro, and your lodging." Surah 4719
"O mankind, We have created you male and female, and appointed you races and tribes, that you may know one another. Surely the noblest among you in the sight of God is the most godfearing of you. God is All-knowing, All-aware." Surah 4913
"And God has preferred some of you over others in provision;, but those that were preferred shall not give over their provision to that their right hands possess, so that they may be equal therein. What, and do they deny God's blessing?? Surah 1671

"Islam" with a capital "I" is a title of well known religion. People within that religion differ on the issue you bring up. AFAIK majority allow it.
In this forum, where majority follow a Quran based islam, perhaps your question would be better rendered "Does The Quran alllow woman to go to mosque to pray?"

I always go to the Mosque to pray. Also during our Haliqa (teachings/sermon) we sit right next to the men, no one says anything. We have the right to pray and learn. I don't usually go to the talks anymore because it is 90% hadith and 10% Qur'an, but it is still interesting.
