The 4 Sacred/Forbidden Months

I believe this issue was addressed under another heading in this forum, but I think it is so important that a new topic should be started for it.
Look at verses 95 and especially 936. It tells us that in God's sight there are 12 months, and four of these are either sacred or forbidden, depending on how one interprets interprets h-r-m which has both meanings in Arabic. The fact is that
(1) The names of a particular set of 12 months are not to be found in the book
(2) And hence the four months that are sacred of forbidden are also not mentioned by nameAnother user by the name of 'Neil' stated that the 'torah' calendar has such a system. I am willing to accept this but where is the evidence for it as I cannot find 12 months named in the Bible either, nor 4 particular sacred months.
The fact that the Quran does not give the names of the months would indicate a continuation, but a continuation of what? Which calendar? How is it calculated? What are all the months? Which are forbidden or sacred?
I hope this issue gets addressed because it is really important. How do we know otherwise which of these months are sacred and why, and when do we know exactly when to do haj? ?

The word in this verse is rama-dhor-naa Rama (817) which literally means to throw, cast or shed and dhan means thought, contemplate, think or consider The Arabic Hijrah calendar was not created after the 12th year Muhammad became a prophet. The month of ramadhan never exist during his time. The first month of the Arabic calendar is ?mu-harram?. The message of the Quran is transmitted into the heart of individuals by Gabriel (297) as the on-going process and it can happen in any month of the year.
The word ?fal-ya-sum-hu? means ?thus he shall abstain himself? as self-discipline once he knows the knowledge from God?s Book. A man abstains himself from eating and drinking from dawn to the night for a certain number of days 2184 if he fails in taking the challenge in promoting God?s guidance 2196 or breaks a pledge 589 - abstain himself from participating in war for two months 492 ? from hunting until the animals mature 595 ? from resuming sexual intercourse for two months if he decides to reconcile with his wife after saying - if he had sexual intercourse with the wife during the separation period it is just like having sex with his own mother 584. To abstain from speeches - to avoid a war of words 1926.
