I see people (sunnis) using it all the time when they mention the Creator.

Or maybe they mean Allah but they write is All-llah because maybe this is how they pronounce it .

If I write in French I use Dieu, if in English I use God, I prefer it that way than using Allah just to please Arabs even if I am considered as one .

Not really, albanians pronounce it as just Allah, not All-llah yet they type All-llah

to me ALLAH means the law , as simple as that
ALLAH or the LAW , is the naturel law of the ceator , our RABB , there is no other LAW walid on anything except the LAW of our RABB .
We serve the LAW means we serve ALLAH
the american law, the articles conform with the quran is ALLAH , and we have to serve and respect, the Law that is not conform with nature and justice isn't The law, but a law, another ILEH, if we serve , than we serve other ileh's.
everything that is right in THE LAW , is ALLAH, everything that isn't just , is another LAW.
it is my opinion, my research, and I , so far , never found anybody agree with what I think and what i truly believe.
