Confusion about 2 passages concerning Abraham

First of all HII EVERYBODY!! . I'm new to this forum but it's been around 2 or 3 weeks that I travel it and there are wise people.
I remember this summer visiting an anti-islam website, you probably know it, answering-islam. They are, of course, biased people as I could see through their "analysis". But they pointed out something that I didn't been able to uncloud in my head.
From s19.v41 to s19.v49, it says that Abraham was argumenting with his father, then denying what they worship and separate from them, and finally having Isaac and Jacob when he seperated from them.
And from s21.v52 to s21.v72, it relates the well-known version when Abraham talked to his father and his people, destroy the idols, people wanna burn him, Abraham escaping this supplice, leaving this place and having Jacob ans Isaac.I don't know if everybody understood my problem but I don't reach to make fit the two versions of Abraham's story.
Hope to meet enlighted people who could resolve my problem, because this kind of issue with the Quran take over my mind for the whole day.

I read both passages, they simply indicate different conversations that Abraham had at different times.
The first conversation (1941-49) you can see that Abraham has made-up his mind about what actions he will take and that he will leave his people - but first he tries to convince his father to revert to submission.
The second conversation (2152-72) seems to have happened afterwards where Abraham goes out and confronts his people (note his father, although present, is quite during this exchange as he already knows Abraham's position - and it is the people who are answering/speaking).

Salam. Yes, to me it's quite clear that his confrontation with his father in sura 19 happened before the confrontation with his whole people. So you tell me that in the exchange with his father, he tell him that he's ready to separate from them but didn't do it immediately after. Then his people want to burn him, and then he leave the town and have Isaac and Jacob?
