May I ask what "Sunni BS" that she upholds?
At this stage I think you two should work on what you have in common, rather than trying to change little details (and get nothing done). For example, I believe you two believe in giving charity, honoring the orphans and other deeds that are not exclusive to either Sunnism or "Qur'anism" (for lack of a better word). You know, start off leading by example, and not by mere words. God willing she will be drawn to your belief and its implementation. Right now, I doubt you can change her because it is more likely that she will be a bit defensive as you are "attacking" her religion.
So yeah, start off slow. I am sure you two have many more things in common than what you'd think.

Dear brothers and sisters, i often discuss with my wife trying to convert her from suni to Qur'anist and she often asks me if there is any Qur'anist Iman that may explain our view of Islam or if we are just a small bunch of folks without any Iman to support our claims. Thanks all your help

Brother Ayman, it's wrong to 'fight fire with fire'..
Address each items within "sunni BS" package individually.
Explain to her what you think it's true.And always tell her 'don't believe my opinion because I said so, yet think it out by yourselves and only believe it's true because you think it's true and not because I said it's true or some Imam said it's true'.
I applied the same thing to my wife and I didn't convert her to anything..
I explain to her the 'fallacy' of conversion and the 'historical origin' why it happened.Salam / Peace

What difference do you find in her and your own conduct? Why do you think that she is or has gone foolish? What abnormality you find in her? Rather, it is foolish to generalize that since she refers with a word "hadith" which she might not even have read the voluminous work, that she has some other god than what you call true God of Islam.

Dear brothers and sisters
Instead of giving brother Ayman Melo guidance on what to do or not what to do, why don't we try to help him instead? I understand him because my wife is also sunni, although not very much sunni. Her family however........You know I had to threaten with going to the police if they didnt stop bothering me about circumcising my son?
So yeah, I understand if brother Ayman is calling it sunni BS, sometimes it is frustrating......
Brother Ayman, I suggest you start with explaining to your wife what an Imam really is. In sunni Imams are regarded almost as priests, but when you look at the true meaning it is not and never was supposed to be, not even in sunni.
When she understands this she will hopefully understand the QA concept that it is her own research that will enlighten her. A "true" QA Imam or scholar would force her to look for the answer herself. -
I want her to have an independent thought and not being all the time saying that if i have any doubts i should talk to a sunni scholar, we all know that each sector scholar will defend their own point of view and mostly will say there's no other explanation besides what they say.

Sometimes the people closes to us, can infact be our enemies, i know from experiance
You have to also rescpect that the almighty even states that
"you cannot guide whom you love, but God guides whom He pleases...." (28.56)
and that "...there are enemies to you from among your spouses and your off-spring, so beware of them. But if ye pardon, and overlook it, and forgive,- verily, God is forgiving, compassionate!"(6414) -
