    Peace,

the biggest fitna comes from those who disallow research to be carried out for fear of what can be found...

it happened with the catholic church, and it is now happening with "wahabi islam" and "zionist judaism"...

Has anybody done that? What I see is that people merely say what they feel might, which is normally what we all do. People expound their thoughts and ive their date and the readers can form their own opinion, but nobody is pretending anything. If at all, those who take things for granted give things as true, because they take as true. I do not think anybody is creating any fitna. It is mere exhcange of points of view.

        Hi all,

can I have your input about "the promised land" as per Quran?
Mainly regarding verses from 521-26 and and 7137.

        My questions are

        • did The God really "promised" a land to bani Israel?
        • If yes was it just for that generation or for ever (all coming generations)?

        Thanks

        Thanks

O my nation! you people enter into the land/city, that has since been rectified of faults, the one which Allah, the Exalted has ordained/written for you people,

does not mean written with lead pencil which could be erased by rubber.

When Allah, the Exalted not only recognizes them as a distinctly identified nation, but also indicates that they will survive till the Last Day, what is the problem with the rest of world not to recognize them as nation and accept their right to have a land/country to live therein according to their will and choice?

Sure, sure, and also god gave them licence to kill steal lie and do whatever anything in order to have that particular piece of land which the British empire thought good for its imperial purposese.

Gor God's sake, Mazhar, this is beyonn idiotic. I hope you are just joking, because if that is the way you think I am afraid I will be unable to take you seriously ever. What you have written is circus, and most certainly not Qur'an.

On the other hand it sees that god as real estate agent is really making inroads into opinions traffic.

Or may be we are really infiltrated by zionnists and imperial agents to the brim. Hoy utterly ridiculous.

Serious readers of Qur'aan will not take it as joke. Allah, the Exalted addresses them with Particle of Address. Qur'aan is perpetuated and will remain till Last Day. So Bani Israel is going to exist till the last day, nothwithstanding what they keep doing in the Earth. Let them "enjoy" for a while

80-90% of jews today are Ashkenazi jews , most probably from Khazaria according to Israeli historian Shlomo Sand.

How do you explain the existence of millions of jews in eastern Europe ( Lithuania, Ukraine, Poland.. etc) and also Germany, they spoke Yiddish language, they have no connection whatsoever to the Israelites

Also keep in mind that Mezrahi jews are humiliated today in Israel, http//socyberty.com/history/stories-of-the-stolen-jewish-yemeni-children/

                            Peace Mazhar,

I recall everybody to just comment on the verses, let not passion overtake on the subject.

you say "but also indicates that they will survive till the Last Day", can you please provide the verses where it is mentionned?

In the Quran we are given examples and the story of Moses and the bani Israel is an example

1- The bani Israel were persecuted by Far3awn
2- The God promised to deliver them from the persecution if they follow The God's commands and their messengers (Moses and Aaron)
                            7128-129

Said Moses to his people "Pray for help from Allah and (wait) in patience and constancy for the earth is Allah's to give as a heritage to such of His servants as He pleaseth; and the end is (best) for the righteous.

They said "We have had (nothing but) trouble, both before and after thou camest to us." He said "It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you inheritors in the earth; that so He may try you by your deeds."

As I underlined here you see it is only for the righteous!

3- The God delivered them from Far3awn and make them inherit eastern and western part of the land of Far3awn
                            7137

And We made a people, considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both East and West lands whereon We sent down Our blessings. The fair promise of thy Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because they had patience and constancy, and We levelled to the ground the great works and fine buildings which Pharaoh and his people erected (with such pride).

comment again the weakest has inherited the land

4- Now the story goes on in 521-26, the bani Israel refuse The God's command and they fall then in the group of the loosers
and the land is forbiden for them for 40 years (1 generation)!!!!!

                            Conclusion
The land was promised for the persecuted ( ) from Far3awn , an other group of the bani israel (&#1614 were forbiden the land ( &#1614 for 40 years (1 generation) because of their behaviour (refuse fighting when the command arrive as per 2216 and 2246). This is clearly in synchronisation with the natural law of The God, you are persecuted you have the right and obligation to fight, if you win you own the land!!!
So the next generation has the right to come back to the the land according to the rules of the citizen of such a land, YOU DO NOT EJECT THEM FROM THEIR HOUSES as per 284!!!!

                            Peace

If yes, Bani Israel is to live and exist till last day, since they are called by name with Harf Nida, inviting them to believe in Qur'aan.

but in 519 (same context) they are invited to follow the last messenger

O people of the Book! now hath come unto you, making (things) clear unto you, Our Messenger after the break in (the series of) Our Messengers, lest ye should say there came unto us no bringer of glad tidings and no warner (from evil) but now hath come unto you a bringer of glad tidings and a warner (from evil) and Allah hath power over all things.

we can see also in 7157 that they have to follow the new messenger and deliver them from their previous restrictions

"Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (Scriptures); in the Law and the Gospel; for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him honour, him, help him, and follow the Light which is sent down with him it is they who will prosper."

                                peace

?And bani Israil today are those nice people ruled by zionnism? Very, very, very, very funny.

Sorry, I confirm what I said I cannot take you seriously after this.

This question has been discussed at length many times. In this and in hundreds other forums. For somebody to carry on with this kind of pretending on the matter for me is quite revealing. This is not in service of understanding the Qur'an but in the service of the colonization of the Qur'an infiltrating into it questions which have no place in it. Real estate religion.

What would it be for you to promote such nonsense? per chance a question of DNA?, and when have you done the dna of the bani Israil of the times alluded to in the Qur'an and those purported specimens for which you make it your job to secur today the collaboration of the real estate god. It seems to me that you really must have lost your marbles to invest your "intellect" in this preposterous travesti.

                                  Salaam

                                      As-Salaam Alaikum,

I had forgot that I had posted in this thread previously.

Just to add a few more of my thoughts....the true Bani Israel IMO is the African diaspora. There is evidence. For starters, what we know as the "ten commandments" actually come from a larger group of "laws" or more accurately sayings often called the 42 Confessions of Maat from Ancient Kemet (Egypt).

Ethiopia was the birth place of mankind, known in Ancient times as Sheba. Sheba consisted of modern day countries Ethiopia, Somolia, Southern Sudan, Uganda, Kenya and Yemen. It was this culture that mirgrated up the Nile and formed Kemet (Ancient Egypt and Northern Sudan) and migrated West into greater Africa and migrated East all the way into Southern India. Essentially, Kemet, Sheba, Arabia, Sumer, and Southern India were all one culture, which would be understood as African today (but would not have been labeled as such in Ancient times due to Africa not even being a word, and the fact that the Ancients did not distiguish between races nor nationalities as we do today).

Many of Judaism's rites and rituals were practiced by Ancient Africans long before the first word of the Old Testament was written. These include

Circumcision (though not mentioned as an obligation in the Qur'an, it is in Judaism)
New Moon Celebrations + Lunar Calendar
Nazerite Vow and the growing of Dreadlocks
Stating "Amen" at the end of prayers, refering to the unknowable aspect of Allah
The creation of the Universe through "word sound" (in the Old Testament, Elohim speaks and things are created, in Qur'an, Allah says "Be" and it is)
Three prayers, one at sunrise, at true noon, and at sunset

And many more which can be researched.

Also, the Qur'an relates how Hajar was an Egyptian princess and mother of the Arabs, essentially making her African and therefore the Arabs decendants of Kemet and as such, Africans. Another thing that has to be remembered is that Anicent Judaism was not called or understood as such, but was rather Ancient Islam. That is why even the Ancient Kemet scriptures speak of Judgment Day, the weighing of the heart (the concept essentially the same as the weighing of good deeds vs. bad deeds), performing wudu before Salat, the seven levels of paradise, the Ka (which is the same as the modern Islamic concept of the Noor), and many more parrallels.

Judaism is simply a corrupted form of Ancient (Eternal/Pure) Islam after innovation had been added to it, much like how Hadith Sunni/Shia Islam is a corrupted form of Eternal/Pure Islam in the modern day. Pure Islam as taught in the Qur'an is the Pure Deen as practiced by the Ancient Egyptians, which in their time they called "Maat". To say that the Ancient Egyptians were polytheist is a error that is constantly repeated but polytheism did not rise until much later around the time of the New Kingdom (18th, 19th and 20th dynasties) when Kemet started coming under strong foreign influence, most notably Ancient Greece who were already polytheist. In reality, the people of Kemet were strict monotheist, even more so than many claim to be today. The divinities of Kemet which many refer to as gods and goddesses were not understood as such by the Ancients, they were merely depictions of the many attributes of the One, which even included depictions of the Divine Feminine aspects of the One (the Divine Feminine being something modern religions often ignore or oppress). The Greeks misunderstood these concepts and incorporated them into their own systems of many gods and goddessess. That is why today many call the divinities of Ancient Kemet gods and goddessess and claim that Acient Kemet were polytheist, it's because most Ancient Egyptian scholarship comes from the Greek point of view, rather than the point of view of the Egyptians themselves, which proves they only believed in the One.

I have a continuing blog on the subject of Ancient Islam being practiced in Ancient Kemet if anyone is interested I'll post the link. For now, check this out...

Please do I am interested in the subject....But be ready onslaught of attacks. I often as Muslims didn't Islam exist before Muhammad? Wasn't he more of a reformer reminding the people we served Allah alone before come back to the path. Weren't the ancients more henotheistic than what could classified as polytheistic? I could go on and on but won't.

On my blog I referrence the works of Moustafa Gaddalla a good amount of times. He is an Egyptian native and independent Egyptologist who presents the idea with substancial evidence that Ancient Egypt were montheist. I also suggest checking out his website and reading some of his works http//www.egypt-tehuti.org/

Islam has always existed. It is the eternal, natural law so therefore anyone following Islam is a Muslim, though as you said these actual titles did not exist until the advent of Muhammad (pbuh).
