Upon closer examination I would say there are only 3 gods mentioned in 7123, as the last three names "Yaghouth, Ya3ouq, Nisra" are joined together in a way to indicate they are the same god.
The last three names seem to describe a "Sphinx" with mixed animal features.
7123 And they said "Do not abandon your gods. Do not abandon Destroyer, nor Fertility, nor Lion, Stallion and Eagle."
