    @ Student of Allah

Sorry, I didn't pay attention to this thread.

Are you 100% certain that single-cell organisms which first showed up in the marches and rivers of the Earth BECAME our ancestors?

To answer your question yes, this is teh way I see it. This is how I understood it from the Quran. And I am not the first one to understand it as such. Maybe science will validate this theory many many years in the future (perhaps not in my lifetime or yours).

    Peace...

    Shalom Pazuzu,

I read your posts and enjoy them. It would be nice if you could actually back them up with scientific evidence. Experiments, Observations, test, natural sciences, etc. But I think that is a HUGE thing to undertake. Anyhow, I like reading them.

Study Evolution, its a very simple yet the most powerful theory I ever came across. It wont answer "origin of life" , but how life adapts and natural selection paves the way for the evolution to take place.

Coming to your question about 100% certainty, the answer is NO. I am not really a 100% certain about ANYTHING. Because everyday I learn and the model of reality in my head undergoes change. Sometime I have to discard old ideas for the sake of better understanding of the universe. My life runs by "balance of probabilities". We being the great^zillion grandchild of a snail is more likely to be true than magically materializing or coming out of the earth (from sacs in the earth) as homo-sapiens. The tree of life from different branches of bio-science leaves no space to doubt our ancestral links. And yes, the trees coincide )

About the last part of your post, wouldn't it be nice if science validates all your hypothesis in future ? Keep working on them, if it is the truth, it will be uncovered one day inshallah.

    Peace

      Salaam,

evolution is only partly right, the evolution is not by chance, it by belief, this is why belief is such a powerful and important foundation of the Qur'an and the purpose of life; being correct belief.

If you change your beliefs you physically change you DNA, this is the true mechanism of evolution, evolution through the mind changing the body as a result of new beliefs; and belief is shaped by both environment and experience, not just education.

Study Evolution, its a very simple yet the most powerful theory I ever came across. It wont answer "origin of life" , but how life adapts and natural selection paves the way for the evolution to take place

I believe in evolution within the human species. Take this example A group of humans (men and women), are placed in an underground cave, with no access to the surface world or to sunlight, and where they live off of fish in uderground streams, or mushrooms and edible fungi. What do you think will happen to their descendents after 500 years? Do you think they will look like us? Most probably not. Their skin will be pale, and their eyes larger (because they have to adapt to lack of light).

Another example If you take a group of people and force them to live on a cold mountain over 4,000 meters high, their offspring will eventually develop more red blood cells (their faces will have a reddish tint so they can absorb more oxygen, because of the thin atmosphere).

This is something that Allah has put in his creations The ability to adapt to the surroundings and climate, by undergoing gradual physical changes. Even the most hardline creationists accept this fact.

But this does not mean that humans (Homo Sapiens) evolved from apes. They evolved from lesser beings (Neanderthals). As to how these Neanderthals came into being, the Quran has revealed that they sprung forth directly from the earth.

We being the great^zillion grandchild of a snail is more likely to be true than magically materializing or coming out of the earth (from sacs in the earth) as homo-sapiens.

Why? Is it any less far-fetched than the "magic" of birth from the female womb?
I believe early human consciousness was aware that the female womb is like the fertile earth itself, in which the seed is planted (so you see the paralellism?)
The birth from the female womb is no less "magical" than birth from the earth embryo.

Of course, it might seem strange to you. The Quran even admits this. It tells us that we did not witness this first stage of creation. This was hundreds of thousands of years before "adam". And in the Era of the Resurrection, the scene of springing from the earth (muddy graves) will be repeated again. This is how the Quran describes it

{So turn away from them; the Day will come when the caller will announce something truly strange * With their eyes humiliated, they come out of the muddy graves like scattered locusts}...

The word which appears in the Arabic text is (nukr) The FM translation rendered it as "great disaster", which is absolutely FALSE. The word "munkar" is derived from "nukr", which means "something strange / uncommon / unfamiliar".

The sight of humans coming out of the earth on the Day of Resurrection is similar to how they were first created, and it is indeed a very strange (nukr) sight, because no-one has ever witnessed it, or seen anything like it.

But the Quran is telling us that it happened, and will happen again. Despite the Quran being a book of faith (not science), it does contain, here and there, some scientific truths.

About the last part of your post, wouldn't it be nice if science validates all your hypothesis in future ?

See, that's the problem with Muslims. They sit on their a$$es doing NOTHING, wait for the "Kafir West" to discover all scientific truths, then they boast "Oh, that's not new! The Quran mentioned it centuries ago!"

Instead of taking the initiative themselves, and letting the Quran LEAD them to the truth, they adopt the passive approach.

Keep working on them, if it is the truth, it will be uncovered one day inshallah.

In order for them to uncover it, they have to start by looking in the right place.

When Allah told Muhamad and his people

{Say "Roam the land and observe how the creation was initiated. Thus Allah will establish the final creation. Allah is capable of all things}...

I don't think Allah meant they had to roam the entire planet. The truths of creation are found in the south western part of Arabia. It is the center of everything.

I would like you to take a look at the following links. I believe now that archeologists are on the verge of making a new discovery that will shake the very foundation of the "Ethiopian Craddle" story.

Please read and ponder on the implications We have always thought humans originated in Ethiopia, then migrated to Arabia some 70,000 years ago.....until they found human artifacts in Oman and the Emirates dating back over 100,000 years, with ZERO evidence of any African origin.

Why Oman and Emirates? Simply because the governments of these two countries are more open to archeological digs than the Saudis and Yemenis.

        http//blogs.discovermagazine.com/gnxp/2011/12/out-of-africa-to-out-of-arabia/

        http//www.msnbc.msn.com/id/45501635/ns/technology_and_science-science/t/arabian-artifacts-may-rewrite-out-africa-theory/

I believe this is the begining of the end of the "African Origin" story. Inshallah, in our lifetime, the Zionist Saudi and Yemeni regimes will be toppled, and the regions of Western Arabia will be opened to scientists. Only then will the truth of our creation come out.

        Peace...

          Shalom Aleikhom,

My friend, I was not talking about our beliefs. The examples you gave are really nice, they demonstrate that you do understand and recognize that we adapt to changing environments. Not only you, even the "Young Earth Creationists" have to agree and DO agree on "micro evolution". Having said that, one must realize that micro-evolution and macro-evolution are the EXACT same thing only separated by TIME. Let me give you an example

I am sure that you will agree that receiving a penny a day gives you a buck after 100 days. Carry on the process for 2million years, I should be expected to have 7,300,000 bucks !!!

Thus, We don't get to question earning 7,300,000 bucks in 2 million years if we accept that a penny a day gives you a buck every 100 days.

But this does not mean that humans (Homo Sapiens) evolved from apes. They evolved from lesser beings (Neanderthals). As to how these Neanderthals came into being, the Quran has revealed that they sprung forth directly from the earth.

No evolutionist will tell you that. We share common ancestry. Like a "modern CASIO CALCULATOR" shares its roots with "MODERN COMPUTERS". Thus the "tree of life". It is entirely impossible for any ape to give birth to a modern human. But when we give birth, there are ALWAYS mutations, which results in you and your siblings not coming out as identical twins..lol. Generations after generations, adaptability shapes and forms your lineage . Look at a chinese, indian, african, scottish, mexican, etc. You will notice the product of adaptation to environment. Now think about it in terms of MILLIONS of YEARS. Bruce Lee did not come out of Black Parents for sure, but they have common ancestral roots. In the same way, no modern ape is directly evolved from each other, we all share our roots.

About the Highlighted red part, I have not come across any such ideas in the Qur'an.

Yes it is far fetched. So far fetched that one has Evidence and the other is just a belief. And as I stated before, It is impossible for me to argue with anyone's belief. I can only come to common terms with evidences. The earth embryo hypothesis has no scientific base what so ever. For tonnes of reasons, the earth is incapable of demonstrating such high level of biological activity. If you say that its your belief, the argument ends right there.

But the Quran is telling us that it happened, and will happen again. Despite the Quran being a book of faith (not science), it does contain, here and there, some scientific truths.

I do not see where the Qur'an mentions what you say it does. Whatever happens at the final hour is beyond natural science, so one can not use that to study current world sciences. And I still don't see how this necessitates pre-adam man coming out of "earth wombs" in the past. That is still a hypothesis, I hope you realize that.

In order for them to uncover it, they have to start by looking in the right place.

Hmm.. finally someone spoke my mind. I agree. The muslim world is still stuck in the 12th century, not only that, they are perfecting their art of living in the 12th century. Their focus is to dress like the thief of baghdad , eat like the arabs, and scream Allahu akhabar when the "Kafirs" confirm any statement of the Qur'an. How dutiful servants of the Lord !!!!

Well, we did roam the earth. We did find tonnes of fossil evidence of our past. We found life deep in the oceans , so deep that it is entirely impossible to even think of developing a hypothesis. We roamed the earth and confirmed that species undergo change depending on environment. We understood that adaptation to environment is the reason behind the diversity of life. We roam the world and gather samples on which we can carry out scientific tests to determine our past. All of the things we see reveal awful amounts of data on our past. Indeed our beginnings were simple, linked to water, then we were shaped and formed.

I am still not done seeing all the things "Abdun Nur" gave me. And they are pretty brain twisting for me personally. Inshallah, if I get time, I will go through the subjects of exploration that you suggested.

From experience, I know that many people get emotional over the subject of "creation", specially when "humans" are involved. So, if I hurt you in anyway, I apologize and it was never meant to hurt you. It is one of the most difficult topics to discuss (in terms of science). People for some reason tend to inject their faith/belief/preconceived ideas into it and contaminate the non-bias nature of "The Scientific Method".

Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge. Your avatar had this effect on me, I picture you like it !! lol....

(Reuters) - Footprints found in Kenya that resemble those left in wet sand by beach goers today show that 1.5 million years ago a human ancestor walked like we do with anatomically modern feet, scientists said on Thursday.

The remains of the footprints found in sedimentary rock near Ileret in northern Kenya most likely were left by a human ancestor called Homo erectus, also known as Homo ergaster, an international team of scientists wrote in the journal Science.

The scientists found a series of footprints, including one apparently left by a child, left by individuals walking on a muddy river bank. Judging from stride length, they estimated the individuals were about 5-foot-9 in height.

"It was kind of creepy excavating these things to see all of a sudden something that looks so dramatically like something that you yourself could have made 20 minutes earlier in some kind of wet sediment just next to the site," archaeologist David Braun of the University of Cape Town in South Africa, one of the researchers, said in a telephone interview.

"These could quite easily have been made on the beach today," Braun added.

The footprints show that the individuals had a big toe parallel to the other toes, unlike that of other apes where it is separated in a grasping configuration useful in the trees. The footprints show a characteristic human-like arch and short toes, typically associated with an upright bipedal stance.

The size, spacing and depth of the footprint impressions allowed the scientists to estimate weight, stride and gait, which all were found to be within the range of modern humans.

Our species, Homo sapiens, first appeared 200,000 years ago. But this shows that at least as far back as 1.5 million years ago, the human lineage walked with a modern stride, the researchers said.

The findings mark one of the most important discoveries in recent years regarding the evolution of human walking.

Matthew Bennett of Bournemouth University, another of the researchers, said the findings show that these individuals had evolved an essentially modern human foot function and a style of bipedal locomotion matching today's people.

These are the second-oldest known footprints of human ancestors. The oldest, found in Tanzania, date from about 3.75 million years ago and apparently were made by a much more primitive human ancestor called Australopithecus.

These are smaller and show signs of bipedal posture but with a shallower arch and a more ape-like, divergent big toe.

The species Homo erectus had a smaller brain than modern people but had generally similar body proportions -- longer legs and shorter arms -- to Homo sapiens. Their remains have been found in Tanzania, Ethiopia, Kenya and South Africa, with dates consistent with the newly reported footprints.

But no remains of their feet have been found from that time period, Braun said.

                  Journey To The Unknown...
By the will of The Most Merciful & The Most Gracious....

Thus started a brand new journey to the unknown...
What lies ahead only the All Knowing knows...
What had passed is done and felt...
Searching for forgiveness for things that will be left...

For all the cries and tears that was shed...
By all that had been and will be touched...
Being a man that is only human...
Created from just a drop of semen...

With the might and will of The Most Gracious...
By His mercy and all of His great wisdom...
For He created none only for pleasures...
But for the love He has for all His true servants...

The One which does not beget nor is begotten...
But by most man He created.....He is being forgotten...
The One which does not need any affiliations...
But why most man do not turn to Him for supplications...

Time and time man had failed...
But time and time He had prevailed...
Time and time amongst man He had chosen...
A bearer to lead man into the heavens...

The Guide He sends stand the test of time...
For those who see with eyes and minds...
For those who seek with sincerity in their hearts...
Before the day all truths and faults will part...

When man forget the way they're created...
Where were man during the creations...
When man misjudge their actions in this world...
Forgetting The Guide as their considerations...

The All Knowing knows man and their limitations...
But why He let man do all this destruction...
But who are man to question His authority...
To let man choose what man want to be...

Man were created for some reasons...
To return to the rightful place man call heaven...
And other reasons which man may never know...
Thus man has a journey to the unknown...

By His mercy and His graciousness...
May man find cure for their loneliness... 26-JA-1432

                    Salaam All,

I have found these threads to be very interesting indeed. I am currently writing a book based on my research on the Jinn, and I have a question. The Jinn are obviously Non-Adamite human beings (Gens/Gentiles) who were on earth prior to Adam. If the hypothesis of earth-sacks, and I do think you are on to something, then what earth environment do you think they were spawned from? Being that Allah mentions "Intense Heat" or Smokeless Fire, etc., could this be a clue that possibly they were spawned on earth during a time, or in a part of the world when/where there was a lot of Volcanic activity? Also, would you say that the Jinn themselves are basically Cro Magnon/Neanderthal men? According to what we know, Africans are the only ones on earth who do not carry Neanderthal DNA, while everyone else has somewhere between 1-4% Neanderthal DNA.

                        @ JMiller786

I am not 100% sure that the word "jinn" indicates one particular kind of being or creature. I believe the term is a descriptive adjective for anything that is unseen, hidden, cloaked, or intangible.

The root of the word is "jnn" , which means exactly that a description of something unseen. Many terms are derived from this adjective. To mention a few

Jannah = a patch of land that his hidden/cloaked with trees or foliage.

Janeen = the fetus, because it is hidden in the mother's womb.

Majnoon = one who is mad or mentally unstable (his thinking is cloaked by something).

The Quran describes "iblees" (the rebelious and ultimately despairing tendency inside every human being) as "jinn", because it is, in itself, an immaterial and unseen force, which can manifest itself through our deeds and actions.

Likewise, the Quran mentions the diametrically opposite concepts of "ins" and "jinn". The word "ins" is a description of something or someone who is sociable or friendly. from it is derived the adjective "anees" , used to describe a friend who socializes with you and keeps you company. Also, a good book or a glass of fine Vodka can be an "anees" on a cold and lonely winter night. So, it is possible here that the "ins" denotes URBANITE humans who socialize and live in cities, while JINN are nomads / unsocial / loners who live off in far away places and rarely mingle with society. So in this context, we can see that even a human being can be called Jinn, which goes in line with the fact that the term is a descriptive adjective, not the name of a particular being or thing. (For example, king Solomon employed JINN with diving and artistic abilities to help him build his palace. I believe these were actually human beings who were not urbanites).

Also, the unseen or hidden leaders who worship the occult (the Satanic banksters who are unseen, and manipulate all the politicians of the world) can fit under the description of "jinn".
The Quran tells us that many of the unbelievers and hypocrites during Muhamad's time refused to heed the word of Allah, and insisted on serving the jinn instead. Technically, woshiping long-dead figures or persons who are dust in their graves is serving jinn. Likewise, worshiping fantasies (Lucifer, the Goat, Mammon, Baphomet, etc...) is all classified as serving Jinn (fantasies and immaterial concepts).

I think it makes more sense this way.

As for the smokeless flame and the environmet of the Earth which spawned forth the first living beings straight from the muddy embryos, I can say that this condition will not happen again until the Era of Resurrection. In fact, the Quran tells us that the sight of humans springing forth from the muddy graves is indeed a very strange and unfamiliar one (nakiran)

{So turn away from them; the Day (era) will come when the caller will announce truly strange * With their eyes humiliated, they come out of the graves like scattered locusts}...

This is because we were not around to witness the First Creation. That stage happened thousands of years before the Homo Sapien. (The Quran told us about it, and that its secrets are burried under the Earth of the Sarat region in South West Arabia). But it will happen again, and it will be a strange thing, indeed

{Roam the land and observe how the creation was initiated. Thus Allah will establish the final creation. Allah is capable of all things}...

The beings which existed before "adam" did not yet have the SPIRIT (Ruuh) breathed into them. They were savages by design (as opposed to modern humans, who can be savages by choice). As to what the Earth was like back then, only Allah really knows. But I am 100% certain that the Arabian Penninsula was a land of jungles and many active volcanoes back then. It was not until AFTER the Great Flood that these jungles began receding and turning into deserts. This has been proven by geologists and made evident by photos of NASA satelites which discovered collosal quantities of water burried in basins under the Rub'al'Khali desert and the Ahqaf region (the Sand Dunes) in Yemen and Oman, as well as dozens of dry river basins.

I believe it was along the muddy banks of those rivers that creation began.

                        Peace...

                            Salaam Pazuzu,

As for the question of how the first, individual bashar was created, we can say with all certainty, that there was never just one single ?proto-type?, but rather large groups of living humanoids, which were created, through the will of rububiyya (divine nurturing and sustaining), straight out of the clay of the Earth (the limus terra)

Kindly Explain your above quote with context to Al Quran 41
O people! be careful of your Lord, Who created you from a single being(nafsin wahidatin) and created its mate of the same and spread from these two, many men and women; and be careful of Allah, by Whom you demand one of another , and the ties of relationship; surely Allah ever watches over you.

                            Peace pr

                                Salam Pazuzu,

We were spawn but evolution is definitely out.

The Quran confirms that we were all living in God's Kingdom before we were brought into this world. Although this is our first and only life on planet earth yet it is not our first existence. We were put to death and reborn into this life on earth thru the wombs of our mothers.

671-2"Most exalted is the One in whose hands is all kingship, and He is Omnipotent. The One who created DEATH and LIFE for the purpose of distinguishing those among you who would do better. He is the Almighty, the Forgiving"

Since nothing in the Quran is a coincidence, and since God is the Most precise in expressing and delivering any truth, we cannot overlook the order in which the words "The One who created DEATH and LIFE.....". The placing of the word "death" before the word "life" indicates that we were put to death before we were brought to this life on earth, hence we must have been alive before we came to this world.

                                Further proof from The Quran

4011"They will say, "Our Lord, you have put us to death twice, and You gave us two lives; now we have confessed our sins. Is there any way out?"

Sometime, in this previous existence, a feud arose in the Heavenly Society

3867-69"Say, "Here is awesome news. That you are totally oblivious to. I had no knowledge previously, about the feud in the High Society."

In this feud where Iblis was banished from paradise just after the creation of the first mankind - SPAWN FROM THE EARTH. Subsequently, an incident happend.......

238-39"We said, "Go down therefrom, ALL OF YOU. When guidance comes to you from Me, those who follow My guidance will have no fear, nor will they grieve. As for those who disbelieve and reject our revelations, they will be dwellers of Hell, wherein they abide forever."

And ALLAH made a covenant with Adam and ALL of us.......

Then, Adam received from his Lord words, whereby He redeemed him. He is the Redeemer, Most Merciful.

7172"Recall that your Lord summoned all the DECENDENTS of Adam, and had them bear witness for themselves "Am I not your LORD?" They all said, "Yes. We bear witness." Thus, you cannot say on the Day of Resurrection, "We were not aware of this."

Remember GOD's blessing upon you, and His covenant that He covenanted with you you said, "We hear and we obey." You shall observe GOD; GOD is fully aware of the innermost thoughts.

Consequently, the first death ended our life in the previous life which was in God's Kingdom and not here on Earth.

                                Salam / Peace

Another thing is the strife in Yemen. There seems to be an imperial thrust to destroy as much of human history as possible. Any history that is older than the last half an hour in general... Whatever is buried in Yemenn is endangered.

                                      Salam, huruf

There seems to be an imperial thrust to destroy as much of human history as possible.

Who benefits from this the most? When you see, for example, a bunch of ISIS idiots destroying the artifacts of Iraq, I think the answer is very obvious

                                      1. The so-called "State of Israel" an entity built on a religious lie. And they know this very well. Deep down, they know that they have no basis for their existence in the region. Therefore, they want to wipe out those testaments in Iraq, written in stone, which will expose them. They destroy the large pieces (which cannot be moved), and they steal the smaller artifacts and sell them in the black market, or put them on display in the museums of Europe, where people can look at them from afar, and not think too deeply about their true nature. I have even read reports that they put them under the soil of Palestine, in order to "discover" them there in the future.

                                      2. The Wahabi state they call "Saudi Arabia" what is this state? It has no cultural depth at all. Ruled by a family of mental retards who have no constitution to speak of, no civil law, and no culture other than the Petro-Dollar and sitting around feast tables of rice and meat. There is a psychological inferiority complex the Wahhabis have with all the countries around them that actually have a historical and cultural depth (Iraq-Syria-Yemen). These countries must be destroyed, they must be maintained in a state of strife and internal warfare for all eternity, their culture must be obliterated, in order for the world's attention to be diverted from the real issue that continues to gnaw at the consciousness of the Saudis that they have no history, and no real cultural depth. The only thing they desperately cling to is a cube-shaped room, 11 meters in length, covered with a piece of black cloth, which their ancestors claimed is the House of God. This, and their filthy Petro-Dollar is the only thing that sustains the life of pomp, whoring and prostitution that their princes want to maintain.

Do not fall for their propaganda, when they say that they want to "save Yemen" from the spread of Persian influence. This is only a cover used to conceal their true intention to mask their false history by destroying all the centers of real civilization around them.

In order for the Gulf countries to continue to exist, and for their Petro-Dollar to be sustained, and for them to continue building their sky-scrapers and towers, they must turn Iraq, the Levant, and Yemen into a hell.

But God is watching, and he is preparing a surprise for them. They can plan and scheme all they want, but they cannot fool humanity forever.

                                      Peace.

                                        Salaam Pazuzu,

How do you interpret the two verses 5514 and 5515?

I agree with your article. But regarding the jinn, I am not so sure.

Let's say the jinn aren't a separate creation/species/creature. Then why should they be separate from "insaan" and created from a different substance as highlighted in the Quran?

                                          Peace,

Not sure if this has been mentioned before in this thread. I thought it was missing in the OP so here it is

788 And we created you in pairs.
5149 And of everything We created pairs; perhaps you will remember.

Now, when this universe was created according to big bang theory there was a crucial early element called deuterium (heavy hydrogen) which played a crucial role in the evolution of this universe.

You can read more about it's role here http//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deuterium#Deuterium_and_Big_Bang_nucleosynthesis

How does this element relate to those verses about pairs? The nucleus of deuterium consists of an exact pair called a deuteron, consisting of exactly one proton and one neutron. The entire shape of our universe today was decided by those initial pairs in the really early stages of big bang. Without those early pairs of protons and neutrons our sun would not exist, stars wouldn't exist like they do today. Without those stars needing the right amount of helium, we wouldn't exist. Life wouldn't exist.

I discovered this during my search of finding explicit references to chemical elements in Quran this is just one in a longer list.

Another interesting fact trees are one of the very few organisms that are capable of creating carbon from photons. The bark, stem of a tree is largely produced from the photons/sunlight it receives. Humans consist for large part out of carbon. This carbon we are made of is either from plants/trees, created by photosynthesis or from earlier occurrences of carbon that existed since the early stages of this universe. It's more likely the first assumption is most correct. Is it coincidence any place that allows life in Quran is described as having trees? I don't think so.

So to summarize this in a chronology, very simplified

initial big bang -> events leading to nucleosynthesis requiring the pairs of deuterium -> allowing formation of stars -> allowing photosynthesis -> allowing organic soil -> allowing creation of man requiring the carbon produced by photosynthesis of organic life.
