What is the meaning of sabr in the quranic terminology??? Do we have to do sabr where we can change the situation in which we are??? For example, if a person harms you constanly does it make sense to do sabr without telling that person to stop it? If you do and she does not stop, and you can no longer support that situation because you are tired of always telling that person about his bad behavior with you and you're trying to not to become brickwall brickwall brickwall brickwall by trying to control your self and to shut up for the sake of God, is this what we call sabr???

As far as I know with my limited knowledge of the Arabic language, sabr means patience, and in the Qur'an it means patience also.
In the situation that you have described, the best act of patience would be to separate yourself from that person, and if they are close to you, admonish them, then separate.

Sabr is patience.
It's a 'mental state' not a 'voidness of action' .
One can be very active and do many things while maintaining the 'sabr' (patience) mental state.
With 'sabr' / patience mental state you shall always 'be in self-control' of all your actions..The lack of 'sabr' shall resulted in action / series of actions which is 'out of control' and does not contribute positively to the end state goal. The word in english will be 'running amok' / 'wild' / 'lack of clear objective' / 'destructive' / 'acting like a loose cannon'.
The mental state of 'sabr' can be easily maintained if you're also maintaining the state of 'salam' (peace) within you.
Your example shows 'voidness of action' and not 'sabr' / 'patience'...
If we wanted to take the 'understanding of the same concept' to the higher level...
It is possible that the 'restraining from taking any action' is an 'action' as well.
In chinese philosophy this is called "Wu Wei", the action of non-action.And the 'correctness' of 'which action to take' is purely dependent on the actual context.
Those who can take the right action (including by not taking any action) at the right time are considered as those who possessed great wisdom.Salam / Peace

Sabr is a word that generated the same word is all languages of the world
Sabr = SOBER in english, SOBRE in frensh, SOBRE in spanish etc...SABR is been open mind, awake, perceptionist, and specially not an idiot static , that is why ALLAH is With SABIRINE, ALLAH loves SONER people and not STATIC patient doing nothing to solve situations
SABR in some verses may sound like been vigilant, watchfull, etc... but it means SOBREITY

Does the word Jihad not literally translate to 'struggle'?
Yes in a way, it can also meant as "Taking the hard path", "Bearing the extra burden"..
Those acts requires perseverance / endurance, sacrifice / unselfishness and sabr...
And those who are willing to do so / possess such traits are being called "Juhd".Why should Moses bother to face the Pharaoh and free the Israelite when he can live the easy and peaceful life in Midian.. he's taking the hard path..
Why should Jesus bother to face the highly organized and highly corrupted Jewish rabbis and king when he can live the easy and peaceful life as carpenter.. he's taking the hard path..
Why should Abraham bother to challenge the mindset of his own society when he can live the easy and peaceful life by just shutting his mouth up... he's taking the hard path..Salam / Peace
