The Qur'an as a 'miracle'

I will preface this by saying, I do not believe the Qur?an is a miracle in the traditional sense. A miracle as I understand it is a divine occurrence so spectacular it breaks the known laws of nature. Laws that the creation are bound to ? not the creator, which is why miracles are possible.
The Qur?an, despite no human being able to replicate it?s status or composition, does not break the laws of nature. It is quite possible to write an amazing book ? you could never write the Qur?an, but you could write an amazing book. If the Qur?an is a miracle just because Allah created it, then flies are miracles, the ocean is a miracle, dandelions are miracles. A better term for it would be a portent, or a sign.
The Qur?an is essentially, the ultimate reminder, or sign, or portent. Allah creates the universe, and populates it with all sorts of things and binds it to laws, and then he creates this encyclopaedia of everything relevant inside it. The Qur?an to me is what ties humanity, the creator and the natural world together.I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.

I will add the following thoughts
1- Do we know all" the laws of nature".
2- God created the "parting of the sea" for Moses, like HE created the Dandelion, the sea etc....
3- If something is impossible for a human to do, is it a miracle?
4-What is the definition of " Miracle".

And as it turns out those 'miracles' didn't break any known laws of nature either...

"What I wrote here is a miracle... you should consider this as miracle.. OR ELSE!!"..And the Quran is not even an encyclopedia.. and it actually wasn't designed to 'tie anything'..
The whole objective of writing the Quran is stated in the first verse of the second chapter..
"Dhalika al-kitabu la roiba fihi hudan lil mutaqin"
This is the book, (which) no doubt.. within.. a guidance for the righteous"..Salam / Peace

Please consider this linguistic understanding of 22. What I am not sure, if safegaurd against "Maut" is only for relating to it's meaning about deprivation of senses and intellectual faculty, or all it's meanings, including physical extinction as well. If it is all, we really need to learn all of it, as soon as possible.
For a timeless distinction of the unchanging and everlasting relationship, with One who is not a deity for adoration and worship.

Without a shadow of doubt, a timeless mode of conduct is contained, in it; for all those seeking to safe guard themselves against Maut.(Maut= deprivation of senses, intellectual faculty, grief, sorrows, fears as well complete extinction).

Thanks for your thoughts. I spent some time thinking about it more deeply, and it does confuse the matter. I think it depends on your personal definition of miracle. What I meant more with the opening post was a miracle in the sense that, for example if everyone on the planet was to witness a miracle at once, they would undoubtedly ascribe it to the divine. For example, Moses parting the sea. However, the Qur'an is of a miraculous nature, so that too would be a miracle.
It doesn't affect anything for me, I just like thinking about these kinds of questions.

I agree with Jafar on this.
AlQuraan itself is nothing, has no value, except to make your path to your Lord, God through it.
Unfortunately, people do give much importance to so many things that Allah has created instead of giving WHOLE importance to HIM ALONE. In such case how we are different from others who pray stones, statues, animals, sun, etc. etc. If not 100% also, are we not following them at least some percent? May Allah keep us away from all kinds of Shirk.
