Who is the "My" in Verse 6:153? Need for re-examin

I was just reviewing the verse that brought me to the Quran some years ago. Verse 6153.
- And this is My path, a Straight One, so follow it, and do not follow the other paths lest they divert you from His path. That is what He has enjoined you to that you may be righteous.
Now I had never looked at it closely but after reading the verse together with the neighbouring verses (to put it into context) one notices that the other verses have "kul" "say" instructing the Messenger and believers to recite those things. 153 starts with "And" meaning that it is attached to the previous verse.
My observation is that it says "My Path" and then later in the same sentence becomes "His Path". I think that it is quite clear that the "His Path" is speaking about God.
However the "My Path" being capitalised I think is quite wrong. This is quite obviously a continuation of the "say" instruction and represents the Messenger having to say that this is his path.
The "My Path" in my opinion is not God's speech when examined carefully. I think it should be thought about by some of the people here and if I am right then the "My" should be made lower case to represent the Messenger's instructed speech.
Note that all translations have the capital M for My so it is an important issue.
Educated comments would be appreciated.
