God's nature
-
Well may be i am wrong, just picking your minds;
Spirit of God for example a bear looks after its young , is in a way the spirit of God.
A person thinking of all the children of the world is again a spirit of God but on a grander scale.Like we are told to take on the sibga of God, In a way is like taking on the spirit of God, is it?
Thanks.
If there are such thing as "Spirit of God".. it's 'metaphoric' ...
In similar case as "children / sons of God" or "Father-Son relationship between God and it's creation"...
Usually it's the result of 'personifying God'.. which is not entirely wrong yet it's not entirely correct either..Salam / Peace

Well can we say he is the constructive force of the universe? or something else.

It's hard and impossible to exactly define something which is boundless..
As human define "exact" as "bounded" (The limits are known)..
How many does infinity hold? the answer infinitely.. -
The spirit of God is in all living things, more in some then others. Please give a description.
No, all things glorify God, God is not in them or part of them, that would be shirk. God is separate from creation.
I voted for the second one.

Then where is this entity / being called God? And where's the border between "God" and "Creation"?
| GOD | ? | CREATION |
Can you tell me where (?) is?
As those with 'limit' / 'border' CANNOT be infinite..
Salam / Peace
I don't really know, and I cannot understand it, it makes no sense to me as a human, but God can do it. Sorry if that is a cop out.

And follow not that of which you have not the knowledge; surely the hearing and the sight and the heart, all of these, shall be questioned about that.

But if we cannot understand the true nature of God, what now?

But if we cannot understand the true nature of God, what now?
As thus... it's irrelevant then?
Mind you people of the past 'think' that if they 'can understand God(s)/deities' they can find ways to 'manipulate' them for their own cause.. Thus the term "Theology" was born.. from "Theo" (God/Deity) and "Logos" (Study).
And within our time we still have legacy of those line of thinking.. there are people who think that 'certain invocation' (mantras) taken from 'holy materials' (such as Quran) being saith during some rituals (such as prayer) shall have a 'positive impact' into 'ordering/persuading a deity' (such as Allah) to do / realize things in accordance to their wishes...

But if we cannot understand the true nature of God, what now?
Allah is the light of the heavens and the earth; a likeness of His light is as a niche in which is a lamp, the lamp is in a glass, (and) the glass is as it were a brightly shining star, lit from a blessed olive-tree, neither eastern nor western, the oil whereof almost gives light though fire touch it not-- light upon light-- Allah guides to His light whom He pleases, and Allah sets forth parables for men, and Allah is Cognizant of all things.
God tells us His true nature. The idea of an unknowable God is a lie perpetuated by those who would try to establish their own lordship upon humanity. We know who God is, "what" he is according to His own words, according to exploration of the universe and ourselves. Those who would love for you to feel ignorant distort two concepts a.) nothing can encompass God in awareness of things as God encompasses all things and b.) there is only one 'thing' that may be called 'allah', there exists nothing else like it.
But the sectarians spin point a to mean that you can never know anything about God and that is totally incorrect. You do not know the movements of each individual cell in your body YET you totally understand who you are (God says this in the quran). You do not know anything about fluid dynamics but none but a self-defined fool would say he doesn't understand that the wind blows and the oceans wave. On point b, there are many things that could be called 'god' - the sun, moon, ra, zeus, jesus, etc. The one thing they all have in common none of them actually are God.
These distortions serve to separate a man from that which is closer to him than he himself is and turn a crystal clear brilliantly shining light into a dark murky shadow of unknown fear within. God says that those who are CERTAIN of Him, and the hereafter are those who will enter paradise. How can one be CERTAIN without understanding?
