If you remove the parenthesis from the translation you quoted(?), not much remains of your question. Check your assumptions! What if you are erroneously assuming that 1587 even refers to chapter 1? Any reasoning, no matter how seemingly logical, based on such an assumption must inevitably lead astray!

I think al-Fatiha is a very interesting topic. I find the chapter helps me greatly in daily life. It serves as a most powerful reminder of many profound truths that ought not be forgotten.
