Man has left worldly wealth.
Left wealth - Outstanding liabilities of the deceased = Divisible Inheritance
Divisible Inheritance = 1
a) The shares cut and apportioned by Allah the Exalted from Divisible Inheritance = X
It is called by Allah . Inalienable and unalterable part cut and apportioned by Allah the Exalted.b) Divisible Inheritance - X = Y
c) X + Y=1 . + [/sizeAllah the Exalted has covered all possible situations that could exist on ground relating to many many combinations of relatively nearer relatives. Relativity keep shifting to the remotest relationship step by step for which reason Comparitive Noun is used for .
What kind of reply is that?
Did you not write to user that 1 daughter and 2 sons get 2/3?
Did you not finally confess and admit that 2/3 is to women?
Did you not attribute your stupidity as coming from Allah?
Did you not again refuse to answer distributions asked? Here is my suggestion to you Mazhar
- remove everything that you wrote on your site immediately stop spreading your lies
- admit your error ask forgiveness for attributing your nonsense saying it is from Allah
- when asked about inheritance, admit you are clueless and refer to those who know
Otherwise, you're a kufur/denier fit to be chastised/punished in this world and the next.
Salaam!

2/3 is whether there is one daughter and one son, whether two daughter and a son, whether two daughters only or more daughters only, one daughter and two sons get two third.
You do not know to which identified noun the pronouns of the verbs refer, and yet have the loud mouth to call others stupid.
Distribution of hundreds of combinations is given succintly by Qur'aan in two sentences which I have quoted to you.
1- Your mathematic gimmick does not include those whom Allah has asked to pay their due share in the inheritance. Neither you accept that Ayah nor you rebut it but avoid attending it.
2- There will never be only TWO beneficiary in the inheritance. This is the Verdict of Qir'aan which you neither accept nor rebut the Ayah quoted but avoid seeing it.
You deny a part of the Qur'aan, you further say that in case there is a Will, the share allocating verses loose their ground. What an understanding?
Those who do this are asked by Allah the Exalted, listen it with open ears
Is it for reason that you accept some part of the Book and reject/deny some part of the Book?
Therefore, the return-punishment, for anyone who does this act of accepting some and refusing some part of the Book from amongst you, shall be nothing except disgrace-ignominy in the life of this lowly world.
Take note that such people will be taken to the grievous chastisement on the Day of Judgment.Noon Please Come to senses, sooner the better.

You're a clueless idiot! Tell us how falahunna/so to them (feminine) can be other than to females?
411... so if are (feminine plural) nisa/women above two (feminine) falahunna/so to them (feminine) thulutha 2/3
Do you not know that Hunna-a plural feminine pronoun refers back to identified and known women, and so is the Noon in Kunna. Who are those women you are reffering by pronoun "them"? Identify and relate them.
2/3 is whether there is one daughter and one son, whether two daughter and a son, whether two daughters only or more daughters only, one daughter and two sons get two third.
Mazhar -- you are proven denier/kufur of truth, a coward, a runaway, and one dumb stubborn ox!
2855 ... peace onto you not we seek the ignorant!

You have also started behaving like a retarded child. Do you not see difference between "women" and "identified and known women"?

Dear Noon,
The problem with you is that you are not interested to know the ABC of Arabic and have yet embarked upon a subject which is spread over couple of Verses.
You seem not interested even in knowing individual words. This is the first step in reading a text. Then comes identifying Phrases, and lastly comes the sentence. How can you know the meanings and perception in the text of a foreign language without knowing these three things?
You even do not see the difference of vowels. This is the Heart of Arabic. Vowels have meanings and connotations and they also represent words. This information might be Latin for you.

Dear Mazhar -- you continue to be a coward and did not answer any of my simple questions.
The problem with you is that you are clueless! You wrote a rant on a subject and when asked to put it in practice you keep running away! You continue to avoid! Do not be a coward and distribute the shares!

Now seriously telling you, there is immediate need to consult some psychariast.
Tell him that you wish not understand the words of a language but want to be a scholar and that you are converting those sentences into mathematical calculations. I am afraid he might suggest electric shocks to remove this stupid thought from memory. -

The Qur?an mentions about inheritance in many places, inSurah Al Baqarah chapter 2 verse 180Surah Al Baqarah chapter 2 verse 240Surah Al Nisa chapter 4 verses 7 to 9Surah Al Nisa chapter 4 verses19 and 33Surah Al Ma?idah chapter 5 verses 105 and 108 Regarding the share of inheritance it is clearly given in Surah Nisa chapter 4 verse 11, 12 and176. Let us examine the verses quoted by Arun Shourie, i.e. Surah Nisa chapter 4 verses 11 and12 "Allah (swt) (thus) directs you as regards your children?s(inheritance) to the male, a portionequal to that of two females if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of theinheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if nochildren, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased leftbrothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases is) after the paymentof legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to youin benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise." "In what your wives leave, your share is a half, if they leave no child; but if they leave child, yeget a fourth; after payment of legacies and debts. In what ye leave, their share is a fourth, ifye leave no child; but if ye leave a child, they get an eighth; after payment of legacies anddebts." Islam explains the law of inheritance in great detail. The broad and basic outline is given inthe Qur?an and the minute details are given in theAhadith i.e. the tradition and sayings of theProphet (pbuh). A person can spend his full life only on the research of the Islamic law of inheritance with itsvarious permutations and combinations. Arun Shourie expects to know the law only bysuperficially reading two verses of the Qur?an without knowing the criteria. It is similar to a person who wants to solve a mathematical equation but does not know thebasic rule of mathematics, i.e. BODMAS which says that in a mathematical equation, irrespective of which mathematical sign appears first, you will first solve BODMAS 1stBrackets Off, 2nd Division, 3rd Multiplication, 4th Addition and 5th Subtraction. If ArunShourie does not know mathematics and first does multiplication then subtraction, thenbrackets off, then division and finally addition, the answer that he will obtain is bound to bewrong.
similarly, when the Qur?an mentions the law of inheritance in Surah Nisa chapter 4 verses 11and 12, even though the children?s share is mentioned first and then that of the parents andspouses, according to the law of inheritance in Islam after paying off the debts and liabilitiesfirst, the share is given to the spouses and the parents depending on whether the deceasedhas left children or not, and whatever portion of wealth is remaining is divided between thesons and the daughters according to their respective shares. So where does the question arise of the total coming to more than one? So it is not Allah whodoes not know mathematics but it is Arun Shourie himself who is ignorant about mathematics -
Assalamo Alaikum, Raaajah after a long time you are noticed.
Unfortunately Zakir Naik with such an excellent memory is little interested in reading the Arabic of Qur'aan and relies on translation material. There is never a problem of less than one or more than one. The
The division of Inheritance is based upon
(a) the Bequest to be bequeathed by the Dying Person for Mother and/or Father; other surviving kin including orphaned grand-progeny, etc described by Plural Noun .
(b) the Shares Permanently Cut, Determined and set aside by Allah the Exalted out of the Whole Wealth- the Binding Promulgation from Allah the Exalted annulling-superseding the Will in times after the death of person to the extent of shares apportioned by Allah the Exalted.
How can it be less than one or more than one?
Daughter not Son is the central theme of Inheritance. It is incumbent upon death expecting wealthy person to bequeath for the Mother and Father; and nearer relatives.

Peace Raaajah, that guy is clueless.

Hey Raaajah, watch Mazhar run when asked to distribute...
1 son, 3 daughters, mother, father, wife, 1 sister, 1 brother = ?
3 daughters, mother, father, husband = ?mother, father = ?
mother, 1 sister = ?
mother, 1 brother = ? -
As stated, this coward Mazhar is clueless; writes articles then runs away, avoids answering, and continues to rant!
