How to Lead/Observe Congregational Salat

Peace be upon you all.
I have been trying very hard to rid myself of unQur'anic beliefs and practices for the last little while and have been having a particularly hard time understanding how to lead a congregational salat.
I had been observing the salat in the traditional manner for the past seven years, without mentioning other names besides the name of God, but recently have totally changed my views on what salat entails. I am of the understanding that there are only 3 salat prayers to be observed in the day and that there is no strict method of observation other than reciting scripture, standing, and prostration.
My wife and family still observe the prayers in the traditional "rakaa" format with all of the traditional utterances except for the mentioning of messengers or prophets besides the name of God. I find it very hard to lead prayers for them as I pray totally different when by myself. I used to love congregational salat, but now I have a feeling of anxiety when the time approaches to lead the prayer as I feel hypocritical performing a prayer just for the sake of unity while not being fully reverent. One example of things that I told my family I will not be practicing anymore is offering "tasleem" to the right and left at the conclusion of the prayers since I believe that negates the concept of the worship being devoted to God alone.
My question is how do we understand how to lead or observe congregational or group salat when we might all pray differently individually? How can we reconcile any differences or agree on what is to be done and said?
If anyone has any examples or suggestions I would really appreciate your input.
