Yousuf Ali Remember ye slew a man and fell into a dispute among yourselves as to the crime But Allah was to bring forth what ye did hide.Does anybody remember? Well most people will, it is when Moses killed the other man???some blamed him and some didn?t. It actually became a talk of the town especially when pharaoh pointed that to him, saying ?do you remember what you did?- when Moses went to see Pharoah to release his people?
Remember the rivalry in Afghanistan and in many other places how awful it is? some times it can last lifetimes.

I would like to note that your connection with the sacrificing a cow with moses killing the man is erroneous. It was the children of Israel who killed a person, it was not Moses this time.Also, if you read the Torah, Numbers chapter 19, you will read about the sacrificing of a red cow.... The story is similar.
